I heard something about Shepard dying in an ending. If he dies that means no exploring after the ending? right? Well i also heard if he lives the normandy is trapped so how would you keep exploring afterwards?

dragon age origins style. You revert back to where you were right before the starting the final mission.

Oh dear, you seem to be under a misapprehension. Shepard dies in virtually every ending, and regardless, the relay network is destroyed, as well as all Reaper tech including FTL, so everyone is stuck where they are. If there is anything left to do after the ending, it's a New Game + mode or perhaps they will take you back to just before the last mission.

@ 1:24 Walters states there won't be any post-game DLC because it would just be a "boring wasteland".  There isn't going to be any post game content... unless the leaked endings are true, and fan rage causes a Fallout 3 style retcon.

It was a well done retcon, you have to admit.

I´d like to believe other devs learnt from Bethesda´s original failure.

Well they listened to fanrage with Witch Hunt and the DA2 DLC. If they don't then it's a massive trolling attempt by Bioware by making an ending that's just horrible as those for Lost, Battlestar Galactica, The Matrix and The Sopranos.

ME and FO3 are not the same. By the time you get to the end of ME3 you will be all but done with the game. In FO3 you could follow the plot and end up with tons of stuff left to do afterwards.

I don's see any difference. You could not do most things there and there and have stuff left to do. Anyway, FO3 original ending is nowhere as bad as this, since you at least have some choice.

He also says they will look "into what fans are asking for".

If ENOUGH fans ask for a good ending or intact relays, it can happen.

Like ignoring all antirad you could have? Companions who wouldn´t die refusing to help? That´s pretty bad IMHO... just a different kind of bad writing.

If their is no post dlc for a stranded commander endings whats the point of buying side quest dlc when you know the assets remain pointless to buy in the end?

I doubt it would do any good I am not going to buy dlc if there is no end result to change.

You could always petition for a good ending. Still, I would wait until after the game comes out, just in case.

ohgosh the rage there would be if a happy ending was a day one PAID DLC. I'm laughing just at the thought of BSN if that happened.

Odd, same video refrenced, they said they would be using DLC to help tie up any loose ends.

Methinks the full disclosure of what happens to the Normandy Crew would be one hell of a loose end to tie up. "Marooned" is not a satisfactory answer.

I agree. Also this means that the good ending for femshep means romancing Jacob.

Hate to break it to you, but all those series have been MAJOR mass media successes...
