if i wanted to change the armor into pink and yellow could i ? will there be other hair color like  purple like blue pink or green ?

Pink and blue are available. if you want to play around with the hair color open up the single player demo. it seems to have a full character creator.

From my understanding you can change the color of whatever armor you're wearing to whatever you want.

Pink and blue available for female Shepards, and the addition of white and grey (including a kind of transluscent white) for male and female.
