ok well i bought mass effect 2 a week and 3 days  im playing on xbox 360 and my first run was with a inflitrator. i beat the game in 12 hours, my second run was a adept on insane it took me about 20 hours.. i got the suicde mission achivment.. but it diddnt give me the one for beating it on insane, i am so mad right now words cant describe it, i diddnt change the difficulty once and i cant figure out why it diddnt igve it to me pleaseeeeee helpp me

You'll have to restart a load point, but are you positive that through out the game you didn't alter the difficulty, or at the beginning .

Otherwise unfortunately it gotta be done all over again.

Personally if you know you've beat it on insanity fair play no need to stress,

ya i called ea and they told me the only reason i diddnt get it was because the mission when u choose to keep or leave the geth "legion" i was hitting x threw the cut scene trying to beat the game as fast as possible and since my renagade was higher it chose to leave legion. in this case that counts as changing the setting so i diddnt get the achivement.it makes me very mad, this game as a adept on insanity was the hardest games i have ever played in my life

ya i called ea and they told me it was because i choose to leave legion on that mission , they said that counts towards changing the setting. i was skipping threw cut scenes and i ghuess my renagade was higher then para and it left him so thats why i diddnt get it ;(

You've got a few days, hopefully a save before that mission aswell :-)
