Personally, my most favorite LI option in the game (male or female) is Tali'Zorah. Yeah, I'm a Talimancer. And I liked her even before everyone stated piling on the love back during ME2's release (god, do I feel old).
I'm almost 21, and I have never kissed a girl or had a girlfriend. Perhaps one of the reasons why I like Tali is because she's sweet, has no rough edges, and possesses the same nerd chic of a girl I really liked back in high school a million years ago. In fact, Tali reminds me of that very girl.
I hope I meet a girl like Tali one day, because I know that Tali is a fictional character, and an overobsession with fictional characters is rarely ever healthy.
How about you guys (presuming you are single)? Or, if you are not single, does your boyfriend or girlfriend remind of one of your favorite LIs from Mass Effect?
Do you ever dream of meeting a person just like your favorite LI?

In real life, a Jack-esque person would not be my type. In the game, she was fun to romance, but in real life....too exotic.

Uhh. Yes. I have a fiancee already (which lacks proper English so she won't find out), but she's not even close to my fave LI. 
I definitely want to meet & date Ashley - she's pretty much what I like to see in a woman: strong, willpowered, loving, a true equal. And challenging, incredible challenging - that makes her very tempting.
Definitely not looking for "easy sex" but a full blown love that's based on more than lust and romantic feelings - it also should be based on deep friendship and more.
I'll turn 30 @ Friday and if I could meet Ash - without my fiancee, she would be my third girlfriend then. Since Ash is 27 or something in ME3, she has the perfect age for me ...

If I could be with someone like Miranda or Morrigan I'd love it so much. They have all the traits I like; Strong, determined, beautiful, smart, a little funny and very loving once you get to know them. If I could ever be with someone like them I would be over the moon!

I think Jack's way too unique to be compared to any other BW character, specially like someone so calm as Thane. But I'd love to go out with Thane or Jacob. Thane's spiritual and phylosophical, while Jacob's a very nice guy, he's boring in the game compared to the major badasses, but in real life he could be a great friend or more.android654 wrote...

That's why I said they come the closest. Thane has a tragic past that became even more so because of his actions. Jacob's demeanor is like Jack's in the sense that he doesn't care if you like him or agree with him, he is his own person and he values his space and independence.

My love interest ingame is Miranda, and my wife's name is also Miranda. That similarity aside...she's almost like Miranda aside from the fact that she's generally more pleasant on first contact as opposed to Miranda (I meant the game one). She's also less stubborn (and thank f*ck for that! Yes, you read this in Yahtzee's voice), and she's not as smart (but a Masters in Business Admin is good enough for her anyways). And Jacob would probably be the 'forever friendzoned guy' IRL.

Jacob- Good looking guy but you have to practically force yourself on him to gain his interest. And his physique will always remind you how inferior you are compared to him. Plus he doesn't look like the relationship type.
Miranda- Engineered to be perfect and knows it. You will never live up to her standards unless you become a cyborg. Much like millionaire matchmakers and anyone in the club scene. No thanks.
Jack- Tsundere types are cute in anime, but do you really want someone whose a fugitive and is going to kill you or wind up dead somewhere?
Thane- You're in love with someone whose going to die in a short amount of time. Not much time for marriage or settling down. Too heartbreaking.
Garrus- Well if you find dino-raptors appealing...but based on personality ALONE, he'd be too focused on his job to care for you.
Tali- Three headed chicken ladies whose face you can never see. 'Hot'. At least personality wise she's actually a really good candidate I'll admit.
Kaidan- I liked him in ME1 but after ME2 I have nightmares dating back to playing KOTOR and dealing with Carth. If you don't like that in a video game you're not gonna like that in real life.

How utterly bizarre it is to hear, or rather read, a 20-year-old refer to himself as 'old' and I only have 7 years on you. I can only imagine how it must look to people older than me.
At any rate, of the male LIs, the hubby resembles Alistair (not from ME, I know, bear with me) in terms of his being chivalrous, playful, and sweet, but he's considerably more dominant, experienced, confident and nerdy (maybe kinda like Garrus that way, I suppose, except for the confidence). He's polite, respectful, and has the dark hair-dark eye combo I love like Kaidan is and has, so.. yeah, he's all over the board, I guess.
And since I find him the perfect match for me, I'm going to go with.. no, I don't want to meet a guy like any of the LIs in any of the Bioware games and no, he doesn't remind me of a single LI, but I can associate some of his traits with some of theirs.
Best of luck to those who are looking and are interested in a committed relationship.

Are you kidding? A psychopathic killer that tells me she'll stab me in the neck while I sleep? That's a big turn on, especially when they have a complex personality which gives the behavior reason.
Were I still young (14) Tali might have appealed to me. Not because of her demeanor or her enthusiasm of simply being in Shepard's presence, I find those parts of her personality to be deplorable. Tali does do something that is unique to Quarians that you don't get to experience very often. She does a good job of showing how isolated she has to be and yet is desperate for human connection. There's something bittersweet about it and Jack does it better, but Tali's portrayal would be more appealing to kids.
