Well, I've spoiled myself already. Have you? (No actual spoiler talk, please.)

Glad to see other folks are also going in more or less blind....I think it adds a lot to the initial experience (although I've become slightly anxious by the amount of angst which has appeared on the forums in the last few days, which I assume is from the leaked endings). Still, I'd rather be anxious & unspoiled than the alternative.

if someone starts talking about the game just tear them of my head. instead of trying to find the mute button. mabey im paranoid in that sence. but i dont trust underaged players. never have never will :PpP
Lol, I have this fear as well. So far it's been OK, but when the game releases I'm definitely not going to touch MP until I finish SP.

With all the buzz around the ending(s), I've had no desire to read anything about it. TBH, sometimes the journey is greater than getting to the end. Hopefully this journey does a good job of wrapping up the many side stories we've made choices around.

I honestly can't imagine why anyone would spoil the game story for themselves. Different strokes I guess!
So the leaked endings are not just rumors?

Personally I loved BSG's, and though Lost was adequate from an emotional standpoint. Hoping ME3 is more like the former; both emotionally and intellectually fulfilling.

Well, better to go yourself to the spoiler thread and see what will happen in the game then find what will happen because people put spoiler in the title thread, or in threads that are present in the spoiler free section of the forums.

The only reason that happened is because, for some reason, from of the forum users thought it would be a good idea to post spoilers in the non-spoiler forum. Since I'm someone who lurks, I tend to read pretty quickly through pages.
And there some were. Plain as day. Nothing big, no real details. Still, it kind of annoyed me.

However, I'm probably weird, because spoilers have never detracted from my enjoyment of entertainment.
In fact, I find that if a bad or uncomfortable ending has been spoiled in advance for me, I will generally still enjoy the game/movie/book; probably more, because I had time to prepare. I can't think of a movie, book, or game that was spoiled for me that I didn't still enjoy.
So, by spoiling the endings for myself, I probably saved this forum and Bioware staff from a rage-induced post sometime after the 6th. I've mentally prepared for it, and I've accepted it, so I will probably be able to enjoy it for what it is and not what it should be.

this for me as well...
Frankly....I didn't even pick up ME2 until almost a year after it had been out. Then, the only reason why I even bought it was because I watched tons of Youtube vids of game play and stories. So when I played it, I still didnt know everything about the story or the game itself even after all the so called spoilers I saw. Then it went on from there and I picked up ME1 and started my game saves.
So I look at spoilers for games all the time, but it doesn't destroy the enjoyment factor of a game for me.

Good thing too as the disappointment would have been heartbreaking.

It's more tempting when you've been slightly spoiled accidentally. Which is fairly inevitable if you're hanging out on this board.

I do not want to turn this into a "Is the ending good or not?" thread, but I have to say that I did like the things he said. I am only disappointed that it was spoiled for me.
