Yes so keep in mind that biotics DPS will only exceed that of a soldier if you manage to get ATLEAST 5 people into a biotic blast. How often does that happen?

Yes, there is...There's the room were you see the verran attack the cerberus agent.
There's the 2nd and third part of the trolly reactivation portion of the demo. Then theres to groupthat backs up the atlas mech.

I'm sorry but I'm not going to hunt that down or take a video of that. All I know is that  I can do it with ease...Though I'm not hacking the game to max out everything like you are.
Heck, you didn't even show how you evolve your power any way.

Ok, sure. It's hard to believe, since even a maxed for range singularity maximum count people was 4 for me. But sure, let it be good for AoE then.

Your looking way too much at what each power can do alone. That 's not what the class is all about...It never was. You don't need to have 4 people in a singularity to do aoe attacks. You just need one. Heck, can justpull one guy and you can do an aoe attack. Learn how to use biotic detinations and how to build you power to make them better. They are saposedto be comboed together.

I plan on playing Vanguard or Adept immediately. Stasis/Warp --> Throw should dominate Insanity.

I'm playing atm ME in the first missions, and tried first engi (was VERY VERY fun) and now i'm giving adept a shot, and if this continues... i will play first time with adept because of the affecting many people

Soldier: Shields? Shoot. Armour? Shoot. Health? Shoot. Lots of enemies? Grenade, if none, then shoot.

Gets a bit boring, no?

And an Adept will be far less useful if you don't use squaddies (for whatever reason), because squaddies = shield removers, armour breakers, barrier smashes and combo set-uper for you to dominate enemies. For a soldier, all squaddies do is remove the defences so you don't have to shoot them as long... not as useful.

I love Biotics, as an Adept it feels amazing controlling the battlefield and when powers/abilities are evolved correctly they can cause massive damage over a large radius. I just wish that biotics caused the character to 'flare' like they did in 2. Seeing the character burst into blue flames looked really cool.
