I've been playing Mass Effect 2 lately and I wanted to buy some DLC for it. It's really hard to find the right link to buy it. If you go to masseffect.bioware.com which everything points to it's all about Mass Effect 3. The link from the game itself goes to a page of DLC I already have (which was hard to find when installing the game). Why is this site laid out so poorly? What are Bioware points and why the heck would anybody want them ? Come on. Is this site ever going to be made more user friendly?
