I'm not sure if this is something others have noticed, but I've got Leliana equipped with the bow you get for doing her  personal quest which has "rapid aim" and when I activate haste on wynne she actually fires slower than if she were firing a bow at normal speed with no speed enhancing qualities or abilities being used.  Is this something others have noticed? I was aware that speed enhancing abilities did not stack but I didn't expect them to negatively interact.

Probably going to try working around this by either having her die in combat while haste is active so she revives without the buff or something similar, but this is mildly irritating.  Anyone else have this issue?
