Will ME3 Accept modified ME2 Files?

I read an old thread recently that showed me how to modify saves. The thread is here: http://social.biowar...3/index/2277020
As you can see, it allows one to modify saves from the xbox 360 version of ME2. Now I am not doing anything to drastic, just upping my level with the correct number of points, thats it. Reason I am doing that is that I am tired of starting over with every save I bring over from ME1. So by impoting a save from ME1, saving on ME2, I can then modify it so I don't have to level up all over again everytime I play through for a different romance, allowing me to finish quicker so I can be ready for ME3.
My main question is this: In ME3 we will be able to bring our old ME2 saves over to continue the story we started. I want to know if the ME3 game will recongize modified saves? As long as they are modified in the game perameters?
Any thought or answer or discussion on this is welcome.

So, I used Gibbed's ME2 save file editor to open my PC save and then save it as an XBOX file (I didnt change anything). Now I have a file on my desktop that says SaveExport.xbsav
I copied this file to my XBOX USB drive and then plugged the USB into the XBOX but when I go into the XBOX settings / storage, it says the USB is empty. I can't see anyway to move the save file from the USB onto the XBOX hard drive.
I also tried moving some files from the XBOX to the USB just to see what it would look like. The XBOX shows the files are on the USB but if I bring the USB back to my PC and open it, none of those files are visable. Just two folders, one called SystemUpdate and one called XBOX360 which has a bunch of files called Data001 and so forth.
Do I need to create a folder on the USB or rename the file to something the XBOX will recognize?
I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

I imported my ME1 game over to ME2 with the Liara romance, and i modded the game so that all my characters are at level 29 with 27 points to distribute and I gave myself like a million creds and resources.
Everything is working fine, but one thing is weird.
When I save in game like in the middle of a mission, it won't let me create a new save file, i can only overwrite a the previous save that i used to mod. also it won't auto save anymore even though its turned on.
Is that supposed to happen? and is that bad?

I could use some help here as well. All I want to do is move my PC ME2 save to my XBOX and load it in XBOX ME2. I don't even want to mod or change anything.

1) Did you fragmented the USB and created the Xbox Storage?
2) To look at your Xbox files on PC you will need a program: I think it' called USBxTAF.
EDIT: Does anyone of you know if I'll be able to import my ME2 Save if I altered the ME1 Plot??
