It would be rad for a Vanguard to have it. Or even to give it to Vega,
since he has Fortification to help his melee and seems to be able to
take high damage. That's a little disappointing.
Seems like kind of a waste to not have "Rage" in singleplayer...

There is rage in single player play the weakest class and get caught by two mechs
