Well, given Asari reproduction, if Liara is in that colony, 100 years down the road it'll be an all-blue people planet.
So what does the colony mean for dextros and gay crew members?

if the normandy crew has to sustain itself on that planet and creates a colony, which is ridiculous on its own merits
does that mean the dextro-aminos (tali, garrus) starve? and do steve cortez and samantha traynor have to have sex and procreate against their desires?
because all of that is super effing gross, bioware.
as a gay person, i'm honestly a little sick to my stomach thinking about the gay part.
if you don't want to procreate then don't. what about that makes you so sick? It's already been said that being gay is not a choice , so in reality , you have no choice here. just continue to be gay. no problem right?
unless you create a problem for yourself.

Well. The homosexuals will most likely participate in procreation for the greater good.
(Homosexuals find opposite sex partners 'gross'. Really? I happen to know a few and that is most certainly not the case. It's just they are not sexually attracted to them in general, that doesn't mean they can't form heterosexual relationships if need be.)
The aliens tho... Who cares? I suppose the blue one might stick around and even multiply.
Let me ask you this than.
Would you have sex with someone as the same gender as you? If not than there's your anwser on why many Gays/Lesbians believe it's gross to even think about banging someone of the opposite gender as them.

There is no actual purpose to having sex with someone the same sex as you beyond carnal.
I certainly know of a few lesbian couples who do so in order to get a baby.

As a gay person, I must say that while I do not find people of the opposite sex gross, and actually there are few I find quite attractive, I cringe at the though of having sex with a man.
Though greater good is important, too
(still think the viking way is better)
Well, I don't even find any man attractive and IMO that's the line between lesbians (and gays) and bis. Existence of any attraction, because in the right circumstances that could mean something.
Since both Traynor nor Cortez are not attracted to opposite gender 'OMG it's commander Shepard!', they must be 100% gay. And it's trully awful to put even them in a place of sacrifice, which means those endings are getting more and more disgusting.

I most certainly would, granted I had a good incentive to. (doesn't need to be anything as dramatic as survival of the mankind)Elite Midget wrote...

Actually, had a pretty lengthy discussion with a group of friends on this subject recently, most of them being male and heterosexual.
Pretty much all of them said, that they don't find the idea of having sex with another guy repulsive, rather they simply see no reason why they would want to do it.
I dared them to prove it. After a few bottles of rum. They did.
In the end it goes to show, there equally closed-minded individuals among both homosexuals and straights.

Wow, it's closed minded for lesbian to find idea of sex with a man repulsive? I assume you liked The Kids Are All Right, huh?

Oh, and most anyone straight is a little bi-curios.
Anyways, how did we get into the sexuality debate when talking about this horrible ending where the world will be overtaken by Liara's children by every single member of Normandy Crew?

Now you're just placing judgement upon others and calling them close minded for having different tastes. I also doubt you convinced a bunch of straight men into a gay orgy after a few drinks.
As a straight man I do find the idea of two men doing it kinda gross and something I will never do. I have nothing against those that do it and I understand my gay friends when they say "ew" when I'm checking out a hot babe because if they were checking out a handsome man I would be saying "ew".

And you see, for me good looking men are those who have feminine features. And they are always worse at it than women. IMO there's need to be sexual attraction to find them attractive, because aesthetically the don't look good.

Than you're just as close minded as those you're trying to leacture. An open minded person would understand why someone would feel that way concerning such matters and not try and place their opinion over theirs as how something should be done or accepted.

Having different tastes is perfectly normal ofc, saying the idea of intimacy with the opposite/same gender is outright repulsive is not the same.Elite Midget wrote...

I always find masculine men attractive. You want feminine - look at women.
BACK ON TOPIC. It makes much more sense to have a woman with millenia of lifetime and ability to mate with virtually anyone and her children (who are also women with millenia of lifetime and ability to mate with virtually anyone) take over the secluded settlement. But, well, nothing inthis spoilers makes sense so far.
I still say that Garrus and Tali should party and then eat some shotgun, beats slow death by starving

It isn't acceptance when you're refusing to accept differing views of others. You aren't anymore open minded than they since you refuse to accept their views as their own instead of placing your own personal judgement upon them on what is and isn't acceptable.

Let me correct you.
Someone that is Bi isn't Gay or Lesbian, they're Bi. They're as different as Straight is to Gay/Lesbian.
