No they still matter. In fact that guy in this video can't post any gameplay videos himself since they would be almost automatically be taken down. If it was a massive breaking of street date sales then I would imagine that they wouldn't be able to stop them all.Xeranx wrote...

I was making the point that they're arbitrary at this point since this guys isn't bound by the NDA yet has the same package.
Regarding gameplay videos being put up, what does it matter if they take them down. One only needs to be able to copy the footage and put it up somewhere else. If he wanted to do that, he'd be able to do it any time he wants. Chasing him to take videos down would be a waste of time.
Of course this still doesn't take into account someone else doing the same thing with a copy they got through other means much like what happened when ME2 was released. That vid got taken down, but there were other sites either hosting that footage or showing their own gameplay.

Possible at Walmart.
They don't take presales in store (at least none of the Walmarts in a 50 sq mile radius of me do...granted I'm in Connecticut, so....). They (along with Target) WILL likely have stock of the CE to sell on release day.
