Liara:

2187 - Gave birth to Kaiden's kid
2188 - Gave birth to Joker's kid
2189 - Gave birth to Garrus's kid
2190 - Gave birth to Tali's kid. Died shortly after birth. No suit lol.
2191 - No bun in oven
2192 - Gave birth to some random Normandy crew's kid
2193 - Taking a break. Back to Kaiden next year.
2230 - Gave birth to Joker's kid's kid. She can't walk well.

Well I don't know about that.

Doubt that shell try to rebuild asari species just by herself.
Then again. Maybe asari suffer no negative effects from inbreeding so who knows.

The offspring of an Asari-other pairing are always pure Asari, with no actual genetic information from the non-Asari partner. Asari do not actually produce hybrid children. This is explained multiple times in the games. So a child of Tali and Liara would not require an environmental suit, nor would a child of Joker and Liara inherit Joker's infirmity.
