Shadow Broker DLC NSIS Error

 I have redownloaded the shadow broker DLC 4 times now and everytime I run i'm told to visit nsis.sf.net/nsis_error.  So i do, and I follow the instructions there about what might be wrong and not a single thing is working.  I have downloaded a lot of content for Mass Effect 2 and I've never had this problem with anything else.  Any help would be appreciated.  

My specs are:
Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.06ghz
nVidea GTX 570 ASUS
4gb ram
win 7 home edition 64 bit
And I have the steam version of the game.

Alright, I have tried using different browsers. I have tried using different download managers within those browsers. I know that and NSIS error is packet loss or something over wireless. So I then used a wired computer and put it on an sd card. I still get the error. This is incredibly annoying and all I want is to make sure I have as much done on my shep as possible for ME3.

If anyone has solved this issue please help.

On my wired download and my wireless down they both stop at the same point. What I mean is I dragged the file into my CMD and did /NCRC to force install.

The point is: Extract: BioD_Exp1Lvl1_710Cutscene2_LOC_DEU.pcc

I doubt any bioware employee's are watching but I hope someone finds this information helpful.

Ive had no issues with any of the other DLC or game for that matter. There is a link regarding the DLC being currupt and a new link being available.

Im not being stopped from downloading the DLC, ive done that 8 times. The error is the file is reading as currupt everytime. The forums read that EA was aware of the error and a new link would be available. Thats all I need.
