- Skywalking bug: a player walks like 2-3 meters above the floor all round/match long
- Spawnpoint bug: sometimes a player can't do anything and others see him jumping at the spawn point up and down
- Falling through floor: sometimes a player falls through the map and can't do anything anymore
- Invisible powers bug: sometimes you don't see your powers in action although they are working, but have no visuals anymore. Especially annoying with infiltrator cloak because you stay visible when you are actually cloaked and sometimes you don't know if cloak is active now or not.
- Cover slide bug: sometimes enemies turn around and slide to cover over pretty long distances.
- Taking cover in the open bug: sometimes enemies go into a cover position in the open field when you cloak. It's like they are pressed against an invisible wall and are then facing you backwards. Sometimes it is followed by the long distance cover slide bug described before.
- Backwards running bug: enemies sometimes run towards you backwards and then turn around later.
- Shield/Barrier bug: even if an enemy has only 1 bar of protection left and you shoot him in the head with the Widow it only breaks that last bar of protection without doing damage to the health meter.
- Damage bug: sometimes enemies just take very little or no damage at all although you clearly hit them (like standing right in front of them with a shotgun). Thought it was lag at first but it happens in solo play as well and I saw it in videos happening to other players as well. Especially annoying when using 1shot weapons like Widow and Claymore.
- Enemies immune to Stasis: sometimes phantoms are immune to Stasis. Looks like the same problem as with the aforementioned damage bug.
- WTF is wrong bug: don't know how to name it but sometimes nothing at all happens. you are like invisible, enemies ignore you, you don't do any damage, can't reload... only happened 3 or 4 times to me, still totally messed up.
- Firebase White spawn bug: sometimes enemies are stuck on the platform below and don't get up to the landing zone. Looks like they are stuck in each other and can't use their jetpack.
- Low health bug: sometimes you get a "bloody screen" although your shields are up
- Low health bug 2: sometimes when you are almost dead the 1 health bar doesn't regenerate and even the next wave you have only like 1% of your last bar of health.
- Sound damped: sometimes when you start a map your sound is like damped. It turns to normal as soon as you get hit by an enemy.
- Invisible turrets: sometimes you can't see enemy turrets. you can hear them and they are highlighted if you look right at them and can be destroyed. But they are invisible and unless you know they are there they might kill you because you can't see them.
- Quarian turret sound bug: sometimes you can hear the flamethrower of the sentry turret all the time even though there is no turret.
- Matchmaking sometimes is hanging in the loading screen for minutes
- Matchmaking sometimes puts you in a different difficulty setting than the one you choose
- Skills disappear from the hotkey bar when changing characters
- Skills can't be reassigned to other hotkeys
- 255 supplies in stock: I have 255 of each equipment and I keep getting new ones but the number doesn"t increase. Is 255 the maximum. If yes: why do I keep getting this stuff in my packs. If no: why doesn't the amount grow and is struck at 255.
- Game Leader can't be changed
- The whole information being stored client side... I consider it a bug given that things can be tempered with so easily
- The FOV is way too narrow. I actually consider this a bug. So please provide an option to widen it.
- The "1 key does so many things" I also consider a bug because it hinders you to play perfectly when you do things you didn't intend to do, especially painful when playing solo.

3. Game starting, "Please Wait" showing up and never disappearing.
4. Everyone in the lobby is ready, but the game says "Waiting to Start".
5. Player names not showing up in a lobby and their Level is 0.
6. Floating Atlas Mechs.
7. Using Medi-Gel, then ending up under the map, eternally falling.
8. Using Medi-Gel, but it does nothing. Then another can not be used.
9. Joining a game, and all the enemies were invisible.
10. Invisible Turrets.
11. Buying Veteran Packs and "Please Wait" showing up, never disappearing.
12. Combat Engineers not giving XP.
13. Difficulty changing when the game starts.
14. Not being able to revive.
15. Phantom executing you and you are frozen, not being able to move, but you are still alive.
16. Hacking not finishing, no matter what.

Happens pretty much every game for me, especially on the silver and gold. You cannot stasis an enemy more than 2 times, especially phantoms. After an enemy has been in stasis more than twice, it no longer has any effect. You can still lock on to the enemy and use stasis on it, but it will still keep moving as if nothing happened. Its really annoying

Almost the same for PS3
- Sound messed up causing freeze
- Enemies invinsible
- Sky control of the character ( we can move but not aim, it's like playing Resident Evil )
- Enemies immune to any power or bullets

1. I've noticed a work around to this if you aren't plaing as Turian, Krogan or Asari. If you roll your feet will leave the earth and you CAN move. Doing this you can roll do an object, take cover and then leave cover and you should be capable of walking. Still this should eb fixed due to many classes being incapable of movement due to it.
2 and 3. Neither of these have occured to me.
4. This is annoying as hell. This seems to only ever happen when a change is made in the lobby (weapon/class/rac change or kicking a player)
5. Had this done and I think this may link in with antoher bug in which the game crashes. It only ever seems to crash INSIDE the lobby and AFTER a Level 0 has showed up no idea why...
6, 7 and 8. Never happened to me, though sometimes if you quickly use a Medi Gel after being downed the Medi Gel will have been used but you won't have revive. Also when you use a Survival Pack RIGHT before being down you will use it but then go down in what seems like one shot...
9. This can be a real pain in the ass...
10. This hasn't actually happened to me though there is a similar issue on Firebase: White where-if a Combat Engineer sets up a turret on the lower set of stairs-the turret will fall through the snow and only have the barrel showing make it near unkillable due to how small the ONLY target is...
11. Never happened.
12. This is troublesome as they are one of the most advance enemies and give around 1.5k exp... I'd be fine with it perhaps being a Centurion or a Guardian because they only give ~600 exp on death but this is damn annoying!
13. This a pain in the ass. Particularly when you choose a lower level for a lower challenge. (Like using your Level 14 Engineer for Silver and it switching to Gold) or using a higher level for a lower challenge (Your Level 20 Infiltrator on Gold and it switching to Silver)
14. This is less a bug and more an issue with the infamous "one button to rule them all" that almost EVERY game has. Instead of reviving you will either run, roll, take cover, activate, vault or doing nothing at all... it's EXTREMELY frustrating and can break a good run...
15 and 16. Neither have these have happened to me... though it is likely a programming or lag issue...
17. This has happened (mainly on White) and again I think this is more likely a simple issue, either with programming of a map (AI could see the area as solid and land on it) the AI (lands on it due to an error) or just lag (Like when you run and end up in the bunker instead of on the catwalk but rather it is them landing/spawning elsewhere)
18. This hasn't happened, though the Grenade recharge speed is a little weird. When you go to replenish them sometimes they give all 3, sometimes 2 and sometimes 1. This occurs randomly (like 4 seconds after using two you can go get them back but 6 seconds after using 1 and your forced to wait an extra minute...)

You did a nice rewrite of my summary, but modifing this to only Phantoms was wrong. Here is a video of Stasis not working on an Assault Trooper:

It might still be reasonable to set one up, transfer the bugs and point people to it to report new ones. Question is if BioWare would actually make use of it...
I believe the only one I've used before myself was actually a custom / proprietary application of some kind. It's been a long time since I used it, and I don't have access to it right now, but I believe it might have been a custom-made Sharepoint app.
I haven't seen anything similar in free software yet, but www.getsatisfaction.com sells a solution that has pretty much all of these features. However, getting Bioware to invest in something like that would require some serious community demand.
I am not yet sure whether or not starting up a separate, community-administered bug reporting system would be a good idea. That would certainly help organize info on bugs, but without official involvement, people would be working in the dark, collecting information that might not ever get used.
I will keep my eyes open for free solutions, but I doubt I will be able to find anything quite as robust as GetSatisfaction's offering.

Becomming invisible to the enemies has happened to me with Vangaurd and Engineer about 7-8 times sofar.

- No reloading ANIMATION after warp and instant reload sniper rifle (perhaps other weapons too). Only heatsink pops out.
- Enemies don't stand up after multiple stasis (or maybe stasis plus other power). Or became invisible. And even enemies (Phantoms) became completely stasis resistant.
- [EDIT] railing in White Base has empty space in the middle, but I have a feeling there's hitbox for powers like warp.

- Player moves extremely slowly. Even when running the model only moves like 1mm. Usually this ends after the round or due to some other reason.
- Proximity mines sometimes don't trigger even when en anemy is walking right over them.
- Proximity trap evolution of sticky grenades sometimes doesn't work. You throw a grenade right at the feet of an enemy and nothing happens (until it self explodes after 15 seconds). Or an enemy walks over it and it doesn't explode.
- The damage bug I mentioned before (enemies taking little or even no damage) also happens with grenades. I explicitly tested it earlier with sticky grenades, sticking them on enemies, so they should be severely injured or blown to pieces but instead sometimes they didn't take any damage at all, happened especially often with phantoms but also with other enemies.

Yeah, I don't think this one is rare. It's happened nearly every game with my Vanguard on white. I finally unlocked the Drell earlier today. Three matches... became "unstuck" from the world in all three. Walking 3m off the ground, unable to use cover/ladders.. getting shot easily. It makes it so you're afraid to charge; not because you die easily, but because the match is over for you once you've fallen through the level or can't take cover.[*]
So, yeah. 100% using my Drell. Ton of times with my female Human vanguard too. Not sure what causes it aside from the obvious (something with charge).

SP Bug Minor: Rings of Slune Assignment...I cant seem to find the assari that I need to return this too..I searched for and found the rings befor talking/overhearing the asari that you get the assignment from. suggests that if you achieve ends before means you may not be able to complete quest..

This. I don't know if this is an actual bug, a limitation or a feature, but I think it should be changed. The issue seems to be that most animations simply cannot be interrupted. For example, you cannot knock back a trooper if he is in the middle of a melee animation or if he is jumping over cover. The same thing happens with the actual "knock back" animation, which is especially problematic for a class like the Vanguard that relies heavily on back-to-back stumble attacks to survive.Annoyances (Probably not bugs)[Enemies hit by a stumbling attack multiple times in a row do not reset stumble each time; there is no way to stumble-lock an enemy unless you wait for it to finish its stumble animation and then hit it with another stumbling attack. Makes sense for PVP, but maybe not PVE.
For the Vanguard this issue becomes even worse when you factor in a bug that I have also noticed with Biotic Charge. When using Biotic Charge, it seems like the game moves your character to melee range before the charge actually happens. This will sometimes result in your target attacking you in melee as you are charging it. Add this to the fact that the melee animation cannot be interrupted and this can easily get you killed. This problem is especially noticable against enemies that have insta-kill melee attacks like the Atlas and the Banshee. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have charged an Atas only to be grabbed and killed before the charge even seems to land.

In each playthrough, I romanced Ashley both times in ME 1 and Jack in one playthrough and and Miranda in another in ME 2
In ME 3 upload file screen, one file says I romanced Ashley in ME 1 and no one in ME 2
The other file says I romanced no one in ME 1 and Jack in ME 2
has to be some type of glitch...

Quite often Biotic Explosion does not trigger
In laggy games, enemies can often run through your powers
Had several games where for a while I could not interact with anything, my shots/powers had no effect, could not even pick up ammo; next wave it was gone
Biotic Explosion with Singularity and Warp only triggers if you use Singularity first; if you warp someone, then Sing' him he just floats in the air. But if you warp someone, then Shockwave him, things go boom.
Reviving should be a higher priority than taking cover.
