Maybe. I mean it is disputed as to who fired it. I can picture an Assassin in a tree or high up somewhere doing it. Maybe a duel thing. Two assassins that shoot one Brit and one American at the same time. I picture that's how the game opens. A screen fades from black to gameplay and you're on top of something and below is Lexington. Or maybe you start riding with another Assassian and you go your seperate ways and have to climb to your perch.

I'm kinda glad they didn't go down the whole 'Jack the Ripper' type road, and whilst I do have some trepidation about the game being set in America, if done right the game should be pretty good. Off the top of my head I can't think of anther game thats set in this time era of America thats not a strategy game.

I don't know a lot about American history to be honest, though I do find it interesting that Ubisoft is waiting to release its first big wave of info for AC3 on the same day as the Boston Massacre.

I was hoping for Agincourt-campaign France. Obviously this was during the Hundred Years' War between England and France, but there was also a civil war between the Armagnacs and Burgundians, and either French faction wasn't necessarily fighting for France. It would have been interesting to see this double conflict portrayed in game form.

I'm ok with this, although I hope the British aren't portrayed too badly. British rule wasn't entirely self-serving; the American territories grew too big after the Battle of the Plains of Abraham and obviously resources were stretched and taxes had to be raised.

Thanks for posting! I knew Valley forge was in it. Gonna have to buy all the AC games up to 3 a while after it comes out. Beat 1 when it came out but never beat 2 and never played Brotherhood or Revalations. They seem to drop in price quite fast ^_^

I am very intrigued. This concept will sell well in USA. Though, there isn't much subtle about a tomahawk assassination! People in a crowd will tend to notice that....

Play them! You'll be glad you did. The story gets a bit convoluted since there are two stories taking place at thte same time along with the history of the Brotherhood to learn in order to make sense of the Brotherhood and Templar war.

If they're going to make him Native American, please make him Native American. I couldn't respect this chapter if we have a Dances With Wolves type hero.

I don't think they have them, but you don't really need them. The MP usually takes place in areas where there are important assassinations in the campaign or in memorable spots in the city.

Multiplayer passes for PS3 games?

I just brought a Ps3 yesterday and got Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3. I played Killzone's 3 multiplayer and it did not have a pass. Anyhow word of warning, the toggle sticks are very sensitive compared to the Xbox and i struggle to aim correctly, i got dominated on multiplayer.

Naw AC. I know Revelations does. I know how ya feel. When I play FPS on my PS2 it takes a while to get use to it after mostly using xbox. I prefer the xboxs analogs to rest your thumbs. I think PS3s pass started with Resistance 3 though. Anywho. Sorry for off-topic. I hate doing it but sometimes gotta clear stuff up. 

Getting my PS3 in July. Bought KZ2 and Uncharted bundle few days ago. I remember KZ1 blowing me away when it came out. Good times.

 You can upgrade Connor's gear and costume as the game goes on in an attempt to make it feel more authentic.
