Looks absolutely amazing. SO pumped for the new setting. Sounds like Last of the Mohicans: The Game. Also, it'll be the first time I've been able to explore my hometown of Boston in a game.

I have high hopes for the game. People say that it should have been in Victorian England or Revolutionary France, but to me, those would've been too similar to the other European settings in 2 and Brotherhood.

The whole tree-top climbing guerrilla warfare and Red Dead Redemption-style activities sound really awesome.

This looks really really interesting now, can't wait to play as Connor and i am happy that all the animations have been replaced with better ones. Was getting sick of the same sprint animations and walk.

I don't understand the open Frontier though, will that be one big city/wilderness like Rome in AC:Brotherhood with the city itself and countrysides? Or is it the wilderness similiar to the Holy Land in AC1?

It's going to be more similar to the one in brotherhood. There are two cities in the game, Boston and New York. Then you will have the frontier with all the nature stuff, plus Lexington, Concord, and a Native American village in there.

From a narrative perspective, they should have gotten rid of it right after AC1. Altair's codex entires in AC2 made it clear that the assassins should be more devoted to stopping the Templars rather than upholding old school tradition; that's the exact reason why they give up cutting off their members' fingers and refusing to use poison as a weapon. On the other hand, alot of people consider the clothing style to be symbolic of the series and (myself included) are willing to ignore the break from reality.

Since AC2, we've always been able to change the color (and in some cases the design) of the protagonist's outfit. I'm 99% certain we'll be able to dye Connor's clothing brown or something that will blend in more appropriately.

Man this game looks good as CRACK. I better buy it and get CRACKIN' on Ubisoft's latest title. Can't wait to CRACK that CD case open.

I read up on those details. Just pre-ordered it on Amazon, but I'm going to cancel it when they announce a collector's addition, which I think they should call the "Creed Edition."

Now that I think about it, pre-ordering the standard makes no sense if I'm just going to cancel it anyways.

LOL that I would pay for! I'm really excited about this year so far. ME3 in less than three days, AC3, Sly Cooper Thieves in Time, (possibly) GTA5, Prey 2 all look great. This is going to be another empty wallet year for me.
