No idea. I'm pretty sure there will be 3 dialogue options often enough. Also, there's not much different from a "true" binary set of dialogues and a "trinary" tree or whatever you wish to call it. 3 options just means 2 roads not taken. 2x2 options means 3 roads not taken, and so on. Maybe when it makes sense to choose between one out of three races, or two out of three races to support; instead of picking one over the other many times; as in quarian or geth. Krogans or salarians (or w/e). The third option would simply be to **** 'em both over, I guess, cause you're that bad ass .

But I can understand you wanting more dialogue options for every single dialogue. ofc. Also bioware doesn't want to accidentally throw you into a romance through a third dialogue option that is too vague to know for sure which way it goes.

So your options are sex, not sex, and dry humping. Like, o_o

Are you serious? Just because you ain't gay doesn't mean you get Renegade points, it simply means it's a dialogue option below the other one. "Pursue romance" options where always at the top and "not pursue" below and you never got any Renegade points with other LIs

Ahem, now being serious, I like the idea of developing the romance plot on different places. But... The sex scene look more censored than what we saw in ME2. I hope that the footage was cut on that video, but I doubt it.

Sure, we have to be straight for forthe sake of humanity. We can never just donate are sperm/eggs to a clinic and have a surrogate give birth to the child...Parish the thought.

Lesbian relationships don't lead to procreation either, yet where were all the complainers when ME2 came out?  Why isn't there anyone complaining about female Shepard's **5** lesbian options in ME3?  Right, lesbian sex is "hot" so its okay, but M/M is unnecessary and just pandering to the gay crowd and should not be included?  Do you people even take the time to think about your arguments?  <_<

Which are, and I'm quoting off the top of my head here "Entirely OPTIONAL". You'd have to go some ways to get into this path I should assume, and there would be multiple options to abandon ship, as it were.

I really don't see how this sort of content can really offend people unless they're actively looking for something to be offended about. How does this content affect me in any way if I don't seek it? It's not like they have it on the cover, "watch broshep get hot and heavy with another guy!".

Let's all take a step back from the precipice and take a deep breath, then count to 10, then if you still have an opinion as to why optional content offends you, please have better justification than "pandering", it offends the pandas really. *okay that was a little random, but I like really lame puns from time to time.

Oh for god's sake. I've said time and time again, it's not the content that offends me. I am NOT homophobic. You just can't read/comprehend.

It's the diminishing quality of writing, animations, and graphics that offend me most. Everyting was basically pitchblack, and I couldn't see the black guy Shep was talking to, it was a pair of eyes, and i'm not exaggerating. it was a pair of floating eyes. Bioware messed with the contrast to hide bad animations and textures.

What also offends me, is the reasoning behind including the gay scene. Like I said, there is NO artistic merit behind it, it is there not to tell a great love sub-story, it's just there, it seems, because we need 50% straight, and then 50% gay.

Have you got a favourite TV show? or anime? whatever it is, how would you feel if suddenly, everyone became gay? You're not homophobic, it is clear you are not, yet if you saw your favourite character suddenly becoming gay, and kissing and dirty dancing with men, you would feel annoyed.

To date, straight Sheploo has, gosh, let me think. Five main o/s romances, and... four minors? Nine. Nine. Thus far, there's one m/m romance, and possibly a second. I don't know what math you were taught, but that's not even remotely close to 50/50.
