Hey everyone!
In anticipation of the arrival of Mass Effect 3 NEXT WEEK, I was wondering if you could romance Mass Effect 1 characters that you didn't romance in ME1? If so, I might dump my Liara for Kaidan on my FemShep, but if that's not possible, then that would suck. And, additionally, can you romance ME1 LI in ME3 if you don't carry your save from ME1 and ME2?

Yes to both. You can't start new romances with ME2 romances, including Garrus and Tali, though.

Ah, thank you, that's good news; sometimes I jsut can't be bothered to start another ME1 and/or ME2 to see how the romance plots are with other characters, so this is good, thanks!

I don't believe you can start new romances with either of them in Mass Effect 3; you have to have romanced them in 2. BUT, I also don't really care, so I might not be up on the latest intelligence.
