I am mainly wondering this because I really want to get the Chakram Launcher and Reckoner Knight Armor in ME3. But if my account isn't set up right, I won't be able to redeem it come ME3's launch. I personally wish EA would simplify things a little.
How do I know if my Bioware and EA account are linked?

My knowledge is that not long ago these Bioware forums merged with Origin (EA), so there should be no question if their linked. You can go to Profile - Your registered game content and check if their in there. If they are then no worries.
I just looked and it says this under that section,
The Origin account that you are currently logged in to on the BioWare Social Network has the following services/console accounts associated with it.

Ugh, well, I figured it out. Turns out that I connected my 360 gamertag to another account. Now, I forgot the password for said account, I forgot the birthday I used for said account, and the email address for that account is no longer active. So, I am effectively locked out of my EA account. I just spent 4 hours talking to various EA tech support people who all, in so many words, told me that I can't access it. Even after I told them all the games I have played on that account and the fact that both my current email and my old accounts email share the same last name. So, come the 6th, if I can't log in to it through my 360, then I will never buy another EA game from here on out.
