1. Normandy stranded on random planet
2. Mass Relays are destroyed
3. Shepard is separated from Normandy.
Mass relays destroyed, Shep separated from Normandy but both Shep and Normandy aren't stranded in middle of nowhere, A-Okay.
Shepard and Normandy separated but Mass Relays working, perfect.
Shep w/ Normandy on uninhabited world w/ broken Relays? Fine,,,
Any of the 3? Better than the steaming pile they're trying to sell us.

First off, why are you worried about what other people spend their money on? Are you paying their bills? No. What they spend their money on has nothing to do with you. Stop worring about other peoples money kid.Oof wrote...
You people make me LOL.
It must be a godsend to EA that people who don't know anything about value and money still exist.
All of you who would "GLADLY" give EA money for better endings DESERVE the ****ty endings.
How do you all manage to get out of bed in the mornings without tearing up some $$$?

Unfortunately, in that case, Bioware and EA got their money - so they're not going to give a damn.

If the ending are as bad as they seem I would grudgingly pay for a fix, in fact it's the only DLC that I'll consider buying. The reason? I've loved the ME Games since I picked up ME in 2008 and I want to be able to replay them and enjoy the experience.
Exactly this just kills off the first two games. Let us work hard towards a happy ending where Shepard lives and is reunited with his/her squad and LI. The endings were hearing about are ALL bad, and there's no point in playing the first two games if this is all were gonna get. At least let Shepard die with the crew rather than being stranded for ever.

And I hate happy endings.
What I really wanna see is, like Mordin said about Maleon, Bioware showing a little backbone.
They already were expecting the end upseting some players, but I hope they don't make another end or worse, make it like FO3 and extend the game.
This would be worse.

Actually, if they're on welfare, then yeah - we are paying their bills.
Also, where and what people spend their money on also affects the economy. We're all a part of the economy and prices fluctuate based on supply and demand (for instance, if people are spending a lot of money on the Mass Effect franchise, the price will stay higher). Therefore, saying that what they spend their money on has nothing to do with us isn't entirely accurate.

Also, I want to 100% this game achievement wise as I have done both ME1 and ME2. The completionist in me needs to.

I can respect that you don't care for the happy endings. But for the people that do, they should at least have one. Like me, some people just want a LI ending. But some people come on here an troll people that would like to see something along those lines, and thats just lame. If rolls were reversed, I be pissed on your behalf, saying " you didn't get the grimdark ending, thats lame, they shuld put that in DLC".brfritos wrote...
I don't think the endings are bad, I liked, but I suffer from some psychiatric disorders, so this kind of things are OK with me.

So if you don't want the DLC, don't buy it. But don't tell other people they can't have it if they want it. Also there are some lines you just don't cross. One is telling me what I can and can't spend my money on. I know your trying to justify what Oof said, but with all due respect you can't.SilencedScream wrote...

As a side note, I will never buy an EA product after this. Thanks EA, youve ruined Dead Space, now time to move on to the other original Franchise that was good.

The endings are ****, simply put. What the OP is asking for is a fixed ending, and he/she would pay for it. I would also, I do not want to see the series that justified my purchase of an xbox 360 end this way.

There's a rumor that Dead Space 3 will be FPS.

Even if you have a problem with the endings mindsets like this are a problem. Pay for endings? Wow.crimzontearz wrote...
I opened this thread 2 days ago in the wrong forum. Sadly things have gone from bad to worse so I feel I need to reiterate in hope that those from bioware watching this forum might pass the message along.
Criticism and debates can only go so far but the language of money is universal
I will MORE THAN GLADLY pay 10$ or more for a DLC that improves the endings for people like me who did not want their favorite serie to end on such a note. Did you listen Bioware/EA? I want to give you MORE MONEY!
I know many others have asked for this as well.
Thank you in advance
PS: some people do not like the idea, Fine, we understand you are happy with the endings as is but MANY others are not. If this DLC is not for you then simply ignore the thread.

Hit that final cutscene and hard reset. Just imagine that it was an incredibly badass final scene where the galaxy holds a parade for you or you go down in a blaze of glory - anything your imagination wants. You're fairly safe in this regard, as I've only heard one suggestion that I thought was worse than the actual endings.

Yet, if Bioware were able to pull an about face and produce a DLC continuation of the story (where the ending can actually make sense, not so much that the player survives/you can continue on playing) in the same vein as Broken Steel then I would gladly pick it up. Yes, I understand that this is the end of the trilogy but the ending in itself of the third game sounds to be...underwhelming to put it mildly.
