Only in the Merge ending. The **** is going down in my playthrough. If I can't get a good ending, nobody can.jlb524 wrote...

Actually I believe the Joker EDI scene happens in every ending so long as you readiness is high enough. That's the perfect result for that variation, with the worst being the scene where the Normandy gets destroyed by the Christmas Space Beams.

In the best ending, Liara's going to have unprotected sex with the following people:
Tali, Garrus, Vega, Joker, VS, Engineer Adams, Gabby, Ken, Chakwas, Cortez & Samantha (grudgingly), Allers and every surviving red shirt crewmember. Yes, even the fat ugly ones.
Why is Sam doing it grudgingly? She's the lesbian.
I think you mean Cortez.

The destroy ending kills every synthetic in the galaxy, so EDI/geth only survive if you pick either 'merge' or 'control'.

So wait, doesn't this invalidate Xio saying that the red beam the citadel shoots out destroys AI?

Quite true. Good point. I haven't looked at the chart in a while. That would mean the best variation you get is Joker +2, which is Joker and the last two Squadmates you had with you I believe. I think that's what the +2 are anyway.

Nope, you are correct. I was wrong about that. You can definetely deny Joker some cyborg sex

Destroy: EDI dies, no Joker/EDI
Merge: best possible outcome for Joker/EDI romance...they can probably even procreate together now.
Control: if both survive, they can be together as AI and man.
See, your choices matter, people.

Bioware: "LOLNOPE!"
Seriously, I know this thread contributes nothing but I just loved that line, that idea that somewhere in the multiverse there's my Shep and Liara living happily for the rest of Shep's life.
I guess subscribing to the multiverse theory there's also a Mass Effect with an ending I'd enjoy watching and one where Shepard is just a massive Goldfish... Goddamnit Bioware.

IT MAKES NO SENSE.
Maybe they thought the only way for shepard's story to end was for her/him to be dead, but I have no idea why they would think that.

Well, there's a second response Shepard can give that's more pessimistic about their future.
That Shepard was right...'marriage/blue children' Shepard was wrong.
