When I overdraft my bank acount I get penalized. When Bioware sell's you something that doesn't work, NOTHING happens. You get pissed, you won't buy the next DLC, but you're not important enough to matter.
I realize Dragon Age is a new game, but there is no support tab for a game the DIRELY DIRELY DIRELY needs it.
I know this is stupid to ask, because it implies Bioware gives a damn. But if you're not gonna even have a support tab, maybe a refund tab. It's CLEAR YOU CANNOT SOLVE my problem in a timely fashion.
You made a great game, but all I think while I'm playing it now is. "Wow, me and tons of people are getting screwed. And Bioware HAS NOOOOO SUPPORT! NONE!
DLC DOESN'T WORK

TsoBadGuy: if you have not found a solution for your problem, that means it's a new one, and you should post details of what is going wrong. Then others will actually be able to help.

TsoBadGuy: if the above is in fact your problem, can you please post more details about why you need a refund tab? It seems like there is some root cause that you haven't mentioned yet, and it would be better for bioware to address that first.

You're sort of implying it, but can you confirm whether you purchased Stone Prisoner, or used a code to get it? And for which platform are we talking about?
Can you also confirm if Stone Prisoner is listed in the downloadable content screen (off main menu)? Does it show up in the DLC tab of the in-game Journal? Do you get an active quest for it in the Journal?
If you're on the PC, try disabling the active dlc, then re-saving your state, and then re-enabling it...
- save your game somewhere else besides Sulcher's Pass (e.g. party camp)
- exit game to main menu
- in the downloadable content screen off main menu, click on the installed tab
- click to remove the check box that says 'enabled' for Stone Prisoner
- go back to main menu and reload your save game, choose 'force load' if you get a pop up saying you need Stone Prisoner
- from within the game, save again
- exit to main menu, repeat above and re-enable Stone Prisoner in the installed content
- reload your game, travel to Sulcher's Pass.
Are you able to talk to Felix now?

@ TsoBadGuy - hmm, we'll look at that closer as appears to be a bug. You shouldn't be getting into a state where he won't talk to you. Sorry about that.
As for paying for Stone Prisoner and then finding the code - if you contact EA support (granted, I know they are busy - I would recommend phone or chat vs email if you can set the time aside) they should be able to refund or otherwise work something out for you.
@DevaWinblood - In fairness, there's a lot more going on behind the scenes. We have quite a few folks lurking through the forums daily and filing bugs internally which gets worked into our patch process. Not as many folks posting though, so I guess it is fair to say visibility appears lower than in past titles. The way social is setup and the volume of folks on here makes it challenging to keep that visibility up 24/7.
Also, it's been great to work as closely with a group like the EA customer service as we have been able to. Without them there is no way we would be able to support all our players worldwide directly and in so many languages. Having them as part of our support effort allows us to be able to do what we do best and that is focus on getting fixes done, and making more great games.
