Took A day off? No, took off a whole week! I even have an inventory list for the gaming that will commence after the midnight launch:
* 2 energy shots
* 1 large bag of peppered beef jerky
* 1 large fountain drink
* 1 20oz Redbull
Also, my to do list for the 5th/6th:
* Wear N7 Shirt
* Attend Midnight Release
* Install as fast as possible (might need to rub PC with cheetah blood)
* Play until sleep/death takes over body
Is there anything I am forgetting?
As an added note, the League City, Texas Gamestop on 646 has confirmed they are doing a midnight release, huzzah!
Admit it: You took some days off to play ME3

I'm such a big nerd that I take Tuesdays and Thursdays as my days off from work. Only a few people I work with have actually pieced together my interest in gaming, and the fact that new games usually release on Tuesdays or Thursdays...and that's only because they're gamers as well.

As much as I would LOVE to, I'd rather be making cash, then when I'm tired and at home, I can just sit down and enjoy the ride!

I took two days off! But I scheduled to work on two days I normally don't. I have a pretty funky schedule til I move next month. I'm gonna get some serious Mass Effect next week.

I have work all day Tuesday, so I'll probably only have like an hour to play ME3 before I have to work out and do all of my other things. But I don't work at all on Wednesday, so I have all day to pig out on ME3. Things went better than expected

Take days off to play a game.....umm no.
Rather go to work to make mad money and kick back in the evening to ME3. Especially with it being winter and my racing season doesn't start till April.

I don't need to take time off. I have been on holiday since November and they don't end until April.

Can't really take time off work but I can just neglect every other element of my life.

Scheisse, I wish I could take a day off studying for a molecular biology exam.
Sadly, ain't going to happen. Hitting the books this coming week is going to be harder than it has ever been!

I'll be taking a week off, but only in May when work deadlines will allow. I have to wait two more months 'till i play ME3... *sob*
I need to find other meaningful activities in my life to fill the period and make the pain less!

Taking one day off, in my line of work I can't exactly afford more than one. But what a day that'll be.
Starting at midnight release day.

Yeah, I took two days off. One for getting the game, setting it up, activating it, downloading the freakin' DLCs, probably from the Ashes, tweaking and initial gameplay. The next day would be spent playing the game.
6 Red Bulls, 12 energy bars, 24 hot packets and wife to wipe my droll and to cuddle with during game breaks.

I'll be ignoring my studies for a day or so, though it's not a good idea. But I don't care. ME3 demands my attention and I shall submit. 0_0

I had to take my holidays before my holidays hours reset in April. I have 2 weeks left so I took those days in March. So no relations to ME3 coming out in March!

Paid vacation my friend. Mad money made by playing ME3 and still have hundreds of hours of paid vacation left? I spend my vacation hours wisely! I wouldn't have it any other way.

Seeing the doctor Tuesday for gallbladder removal, then 4-8 weeks of recovery time. It sounds really bad, but I admit that the timing is not coincidental. Hey, if it's gotta be done, might as well do it right...
