I hope that Russia will be good news about the ending.
Since we have not satisfied many here.

the question about the end of the game are indeed needed, but more what they really plan to do now...
by example, what are they planning about the futur of ME ?(maybe it can explain the weird ending there)
or do they have learn something from the past mistake from DA2 and ME3?

i think this sort of question can bring some light on the recent event.

I hope they do some kind of screening before hand, so they already know that people aren't going to ask about the ending the entire time.

The third week I was crying.
I did not expect that my character would die.
I wanted to end his hero's beautiful, and beautiful love.
And they have me all this taken away.:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Well from my personal experience (I have never gone to PAX) from attending many years of both Anime Expo and Comic-Con alot of panels at both have had people stand by the mic with you or in the line for the questions where they advise certain questions not be asked or they very quickly ask you what question you are planning on asking them. However, that doesn't mean that a person can't always just lie to these said peeps and just ask the question anyway once they reach the mic.(I myself strongly advise not to do this at all) I imagine that they themselves may cut off those kinds of questions at a certain point anyway.

I just want someone to take responsibility. I've been a leader, and a big part of leadership is taking responsibility for mistakes. I'd like one of the devutantes to explain in detail who exactly is to blame for this fiasco, and why they haven't been fired. This is a blunder that will effectively destroy the franchise, and I'd like to see some heads roll.

This is one of the most ridiculous and immature things I've ever read. You have not been a leader of any renown if the moment something goes wrong in your team, your immediate choice is to fire them rather than work out the issues. You have no right to demand who gets hired and fired in a private company. If you do not like the company's product, you abstain from buying it. You complain about it. You tell your friends you don't like it. You do not however, impose your puerile will on that company. You have no right to do that, regardless how much you believe that because you have purchased their product you somehow 'own' them. Like it or not, ME3 is a commercial and critical success. No one in Bioware will get fired because of that.

My suggestion to anyone going to the panel - quit the childish publicity stunts, turn it into a quality discussion. Bioware will, and have always, been very open to their fans. Make sure it stays that way because we - the consumers - are the only ones who will lose out if that situation changes.

Totally agree with you.

The only people who have the right to make changes to Bioware, a private company, are the majority shareholders i.e. the OWNERS. You are not an owner of the company just because you bought their products. Of course you have the right to voice your displeasure if the product did not meet your expectations, and thankfully, Bioware does listen to these issues, and generally has a good rapport with its consumers. They have no obligation to do this, yet they still do.

So for the people saying "Hire this guy, he wrote a better ending in 10 minutes than what the writing team at BW could manage, LOLZ!", for shame. Yeah, writing an ending in 10 minutes is EXACTLY the same as all the hard work and dedication the whole team at BW poured into making this amazing trilogy.

I still believe BW have another jaw dropping moment that is going to add to this trilogy, and to all these "fans" who are constantly on BW's case, just have patience. I'm fine with the fans trying to have constructive discussions with Bioware, which they in fact do encourage, but to those threatening staff, or flooding forums with destructive comments, you can't call yourselves fans.

All I'm going to say is that the people representing Bioware at this panel better bring their crash helmets maybe a couple of machine guns as well.

I hope everyone who shows up at PAX stays chill.

But if we don't get some good news about ending DLC... I'm just going to spend my gaming dollars on Japanese stuff like "Persona" for the Sony consoles. It isn't like I'm going to drop $80 on Dragon Age III after all this angst. Bioware isn't the only RPG developer that pays attention to narrative and character dynamics.

Agreed.

People are champing at the bit for some useful news, but I hope that's put over without venom and there aren't any vindictive stunts.

I hope anything they do announce takes the series forward and thus can conclude and expand from where Mass Effect 3 left off while answering the many unanswered questions created by the vague ending while regaining the narrative coherence of the story that they were telling in Mass Effect 3 that was shattered for players by the ending.

If they could do this by adding to Mass Effect 3 in some way (post ending) that could satisfy fans I think I would be content as we lack a real epilogue that this epic deserves.

Persona blows the living sh*t out of Dragon age II

Start with Persona 3 FES and play Persona 4 directly afterwards.

You will thank me

@Reiisha I'm willing to be the same would happen.

If anything the questions will be screened and it will more than likely end up with them talking about how great the game is.

If I am wrong then great, but this is what I am expecting right now.

In Vegas at a conference that week. I would hope we get some feedback on the panel discussions in this forum or Bioware TV.

My money is on them answering a few "easy" ending questions, after that they will talk about DLC. Then we will be told "Well everyone at Pax was great and loved the ending what is you're problem?"

Be brave Bioware, please dont just try to bury how alot of people feel, we do love the games and you as whole, its just the ending we would like answers to.

It would be nice if they broadcasted the discussion online for those of us that cant make it to pax. I would love to be in that room when they discuss the game.

I am confident that Bioware will be revealing at least a taste of what is up their sleeves, I feel like there is something truely huge up their sleeves and we've just all doubted them.
Or I'll unfortunately fall back into a nerd rage of limbo between not knowing whats coming and feeling like Bioware has nothing up their sleeve but thats just because I'm unstable haha

The internet is a bottomless pit of complaining. It wouldn't be productive for the employees that people are determined to nail to the wall to be present at the conference. Nor would it be pleasant or informative.
