we dont know much about the ending dlc if it is bad then bioware will pay big time meaning lose a lot of fans and money and maybe fire a lot of people if it sucks i wont buy nother bioware again well ok maybe dragonage the only thing i hated about that game was they reused the same places over and over and over again whats the point of comeing on here ****ing about it if it is bad dont buy there games again you all ready know your voice dos not matter only your money

The grand shafting? Seriously, because I disagree with you then you decide to attack me?

I'm not on any side, I don't agree with the pro-ending people or the anti-ending people, I'm perfectly fine with the product and art that I receive. The ending wasn't brilliant, that's easy to see but considering that BioWare are actually trying to address the issues in the ending and doing it for free, I'm very pleased that they're going to do this. They didn't have to do this you know.

Based off of the release, it's probably going to be a patch you can download once it's released.

It's free it's free is that all you care about, the game has so many open endings not just the main one dont give in to this. if we dont get what we want. we can all band together and protest in front of their offeces or spam the living hell out of their email box. if that does not work we can just not buy their next game or any games from them for that matter. and watch what was one of the most iconic companey go down the tubes.

They're doing something albeit not something you like... but at least they took the initiative... working with a publisher like EA which has been nominated as America's worst company of the year... doesn't bode well for bioware but it's not like they have a choice as its either work/get paid or don't work and lose the publisher/ violate your contract... Sure it may not bode well for us consumers but like the guy above me said don't lump us all together... I'm happy they're taking intiative while it may not be what i wanted i can always protest more or write another petition... Or just not buy the next game... If you don't like the product then don't buy it... It's not that hard to figure... and honestly I find it funny to think that anyone could spend more than 35 hrs on insanity in me2... >.> I didn't even do a speed run...the ME series has always been about replayability not length of content... mind you the current replayability is a little iffy but point being I haven't played a game in mass effect's library where i've had to spend more than 40+ hrs on a single title... to get 100% complete

The ending's not changing but at this point I just want:
a) SP to be capable of reaching the currently unattainable 4000 EMS
to understand & make sense of what happened to my team members
c) to find out how all the allied races in the galaxy fared
BW will then have my thanks & keep my business. I actually applaud BW for this move and am really hoping they get it right.

 I liked the ending, although it does lack clarity. So my concerns appear to be fully addressed in the upcoming DLC.

There are a lot of things that can be addressed with extended scenes. One of the big issues with the ending is the sense that all your choices make no difference but - what if they do? What if the epilogue shows those differences?

Another problem is we don't really understand the consequences of control or synthesis or the relays. What if the extended scene fleshes out the dialogue so that they actually make sense?

What if we find out that the Prothean data includes schematics for faster FTL and the ability to make more relays?

What if the extended scene gives a reason for the Normandy to be fleeing.

What if there are extra cut scenes showing your different war assets fighting the final battle?

There are a lot of ways extended scenes can fix things without actually changing things.

I'm going to reserve judgement until I see it.

It seems like your the one who is disappointed that no-one is backing you up. Not everyone like the Indoctronation Theory idea, I was indifferent to it.

Basically you haven't got what YOU wanted and are blaming everyone else. Here is an idea, if you want to insult both the creators of the game and the fans who don't agree with you, keep it to yourself, no-one wants to have your bile being forced down their throat.

I will wait for this Extended Cut to come out, then if it is not to the same caliber as the trilogy as a whole...no more of my money goes to the franchise. Simple as that. The ending was not the only problem though, MP necessary, One Key to Rule Them All, Asset Fetching without any missions, and I would like to go back to ME1 skills/talents with ME2 mini games with increased difficulty based on your relevant skill/talent discrepancy (more circuits to complete, more varied code to break, all with variable time brackets).
The current incoming DLC ending plan may still invalidate any reason for me to replay or purchase more DLC, which is my primary problem with the endings as is and the Plotholes that I could fly a Dreadnaught through.
DA II was my first Pre-Order...got burnt there. ME3 N7 my second and quite possibly my last.

Meh so sad, never imagined I would be feeling this way about Bioware.

Even I - who happens to be rather partial to the Indoc. theory - refuse to support that.

All I can say that "Never time to do it Right, Always time to do it over." Bioware is seeing this first hand, I just hope this "extended cut" lives up to its claim to placate the fans because with Bioware's latest track record that is a large dormant Volcano to climb. I use volcano because if the fans feel that their opinions have not been placated then there will be quiet possible another eruption of hatred on the internet. I however do not like the idea that they will sacrifice or delay other DLC to make this first, maybe taking those profits they have received already hire more temp-staff and make them code the rest of the DLC. We get the the extended DLC and more SP DLC and you get more profit and may be better PR. A win win in my opinion just my version of a sanity check. Thank You.
