Look I am no fan of the lack of emphasis on the endings either but everyone is acting like Bioware is the only one who screws up games at the end or makes false promises. Doesn't anybody remember the promises Lionhead Studios made about ALL the Fable games? Yes they are good but also not exactly what was promised. It is not just one studio or even several that deliver the opposite of what was promised. EVERY single person has done that atleast once in their lives. Maybe part of the whining is true but the rest seems to be from people who see that in themselves and don't like it. Everyone is entitled to their own oppinions. Sure Bioware made a mistake with how they aproached the endings, sure they should admit it. But atleast they said oops we boobooed by not extending the endings for clarification in the first place so we will offer the clarification for free. That said, I am fine with that but I wish they would make it available much sooner and maybe throw in a free in-game weapon pack as well for us. Granted some will still go BALLISTIC over what they "personally" can't control, but that is just human nature. That said I still love Bioware games, and will play what I personally like.

Totally agree with this. Yes the last 10 minutes of ME3 sucked but I really enjoyed it until that point. Loved the first 2 ME's and will still buy a bioware game if it's good. Good job to Bioware and hope the release this summer somes up some of the questions not answered.

The solution with the extended cut is their try to calm down the bad PR by the big majority of fans (which they ridiculously describe as few).
Just look at the Amazon reviews. Many "Mass effect 3" Articles only get to 3/5 points due the fact that there is a LOT of people giving it bad results.

Sidenote: No offence StMalk but although that interviewing lady, on the pic above, really looks gorgous, this is not a "single bar" here and i highly doubt that anyone here can help you to find out her name, employer, contact or whatever.
You have my pity....

For what it's worth, in a lot of these cases you end up with a 'vocal minority.' It sold what, 3.8 million units in the first week? On Amazon you have 1300 people rating it, and not all of those are 3 stars. You get 2k people on metacritic chiming in with their opinions as well, but even if you add those folks up with a small number.
You can't really judge how good or bad something is by the venom or praise heaped on it on the internet.

Lol, that's not what I meant. I just wanted to find that interview as they interviewed me as well, lol.

I truly wonder if the original owners of Bioware knew then how their name would become tarnished via ea if they would have hesitated at all before selling their sou. er joining up (being absorbed) or whatever it was called.
I truly wonder.

I know it's common for developers to model in-game characters on real world people...did Bioware model the husks on their own management and the EA suits?t_i_e_ wrote...

Of course they did! EA is a monster that destroys everything that is beautiful. Countless empty husks of things that were once wonderful lay at their feet. I'll cheer day the cancerous EA goes bankrupt.

That entire PAX panel felt like a swift kick to my balls as a gamer. I wasn't even that mad at bioware/EA until the panel then I just felt disrespected and a little disgusted.
