In saying that. They can easily fix it. The balls in their court.

Hopefully all the fans attending team up together and just all voice the same opinions, that every single question every fan has is about plot holes, endings, cut corners and wether or not there going to fix it, or fix anything thats not multiplayer related for that matter.

I do not envy the BW guys assigned to that panel.

I have a feeling it's going to get ugly.

Agreed, I would not want to be whoever is going to that panel, it's not going to be pretty, deserved or not.

I am interested to see how bioware responds given the manner in which fans have united through charity....

That panel is going to be brutal. 99% of the people are going to want answers about the ending, and good answers had better be delivered.

Hmm if someone would organize a meet-up for all the fans so that the concerns can be voiced in a uniform and professional manner, I would definitely go to PAX because if that happens I believe we'll have a great chance of getting a valid answer.

It's funny if you look at the #masseffect3 on twitter, more and more people are finnishing the game. It's a steady flow now.

For those of you who are attending, make sure to ask the most important question about the series thus far:

Why has the Shifty-looking-cow not made a return?

Did Casey Hudson just say...

Lots of great feedback coming in on #MassEffect3 - keep it coming! We listen to it all.

https://twitter.com/#!/CaseyDHudson

Apparently it's a response to criticism about the ending.

Well clearly fan base doesnt matter- its all about the critics (mind you user reviews are 3.5/3.6 and 4.9) So as long as the critics are happy so are they :/

it makes perfect sense, because most consumers will look at legit reviews and review scores over the "biased trolls" (since that's what a few consumers who I watched buy the game called all of us who have expressed our discontent with the endings) its typical marketing scheme. trade mags and online trade pages will express the beauty and awesomeness to entice people to buy it and once those consumers do buy it they don't really matter much since they already gave the companies their cash for the lackluster product, which in turn will turn those consumers in to us "biased trolls with entitlement issues" and the cycle will begin again a win, lose scenario and it happens constantly, I mean look at a fast food restaurants picture menu then look at the actual food. That folks is the eye candy Appeal

So - who drew the short Emergency Induction Port? Who gets to explain it all away?

besides a new DLC announcement would be beneficial to the organisation and mass effect it self. need to keep the fans happy & inttact . I would say 2 big ones and afew small ones to support the problems where having with the game and for those who just got into mass effect would be happy as well.

well i can see that us americans will have to find the answers, i'd like to remain optomistic but i know how these things go down well enough to tell that bioware's reps will probably just dance around the questions about the endings and other things that we need to see or hear, and instead advertise some new unimportant DLC or freebies to make the people who showed up ignore them or not ask.

Part of me is sad because the fans will go and rage and that won't accomplish anything...

A much larger, crueler part of me, is going to enjoy the youtube videos of Bioware employees being screamed at for 40 minutes before the inevitable riot breaks out.

my hope is that the fans won't be rude. as long as they show respect towards the panel they will see more positive results and bioware will be more willing to work out what needs to be done.

Yeah the weak always get their way.  Gentle hopping around on one foot hoping someone, anyone takes pity on you is a great way to go through life.  Let's all go be respectful, admire the artistic vision, fork out a few wads of cash for hoodies, DLC and other junk for a game that was ruined (because gee we don't want the devs to feel bad at all.  That's just for us players).

I won't even bother to go; personally I hope the entire panel sits there with crickets chirping for 40 minutes.

Rude? No, I should nope they are not rude. What I do hope is that we get some answers as to why ME 3 was as bad as it is.

Respect is Earnt. They lost it, they are the ones that need to respect us to get theirs back.

There's no reason to be disrespectful or rude because you're unhappy. There is a reason that you attract more flies with honey than vinegar. Respect is not "earned"; that is a very arrogant manner with which to approach respect from, assuming that it is the giver's discretion, rather than the worth of who or what they're dealing with. If we want to get what we're after, we need to be understanding that these things take time, and that they may very well have up their sleeve what we're looking for already.

Respect given is respect reciprocated, often. You get what you give. If they cannot acknowledge the vast majority's unhappiness, then that will be their own failing (their profits are directly linked to their customer base, which they may very well lose), but it isn't cause for being rude.

Hopefully they'll prepare a better answer by the time PAX rolls around:

"What are your thoughts on the reaction to the game’s endings?
I didn’t want the game to be forgettable, and even right down to the sort of polarizing reaction that the ends have had with people–debating what the endings mean and what’s going to happen next, and what situation are the characters left in. That to me is part of what’s exciting about this story. There has always been a little bit of mystery there and a little bit of interpretation, and it’s a story that people can talk about after the fact."
(article)

"What's going to happen next?" and "What happened to so-and-so?" is not a feeling I should have as the credits roll. Not at the end of a series. I thought we made it clear we didn't like it when DA2 did that, but it seems they're only pretending to listen.
