Most people have seen this, I'd say. What we're missing are pictures/videos of the crashed Normandy opening and people/no one being in the door.

Look at all the purdy colors! In all seriousness, why is the Normandy all the way out at Pluto?

Supposedly Joker chickens out and flees the earth...

Normandy goes through relay, explosion catches Normandy while in relay causing terrible damage.
Then we have a movie of old man and boy on planet years later.

The crash landing is pretty assumed. The only forlorn hope here is that there is an ending for the Normandy without a .bik file that no one has played yet.

More importantly, most of the scenes are real life scenes instead of the static ones shown. Perhaps your choices offer up differences in the videos? I heard from someone who watched an imported playthrough that the endings were different than the ones shown. Who knows, just throwing that out there. While the endings are dissapointing, I can survive as long as the rest of the game is good.

sorry but why is the normandy fleeing Sol? Is there any point other than plot device to seperate them?

As I said, supposedly Joker chickens out, thinking that the plan fails and flees the system. So, yeah, just  a plot device to separate Shep & the Normandy crew, squadmates and LI.

That's horrible. Joker's been presented as someone who would fight to the death rather than fleeing, and on multiple occasions. Ugh.... The crew of the normandy would sooner ram into a reaper than flee shepard in his dying moments, this makes no sense.

Hopefully explanation in story.

Joker would never chicken out like that.

I -really- hope that's not true.
I swear, the more things I hear, the more I feel like they drew story details out of a hat and then pasted them all together.

The videos in the directory file for the game already reveal these images in their entirety.

Joker, the same Joker who helped hijack the Normandy SR-1 to hunt down Saren in 1? The same Joker who joined Cerberus to follow Shepard? The same Joker who joined Shepard on a suicide mission in 2? The same Joker who stood at the airlock firing an Assault Rifle, despite boneitis, to cover Shepard?

Sounds legit.

From what I read from others, Shepard tells his squadmates to leave him.

Now why they're leaving Sol, we'll have to wait and see I guess...

Oh I know what happened:

Shepard: Joker I forgot the champagne, we can't toast off our victory without champagne.
Joker: I don't think that's really necessary...
Shepard: Oh c'mon its just a quick run, what's the worst that could happen?

Okay, that made me laugh Image IPB . Anyay, joker thinking that the plan fails and flees the system is something Xoi said was the case, as far as I remember.

That definetely would go against the character they portrayed him as at first.
