People have different view points. In the end, what is considered to be racist varies a lot between people, but I don't think anyone here really had that intention. It's not worth getting worked up over.

Wasn't continuing it. Merely giving my two cents.

^^^^^^ if it is continued I WILL PM THE MODS. ^^^^^^

whilst you may not seek to continue it, it is an extremely volatile topic and if trolls/haters or any unsavoury types read it, then this thread is effectively over.

DO NOT PRESS THIS ISSUE.

SO...

What are YOU doing Arbiter156, to pass the time?

Atm im writing an essay, whilst reading the BSN. im sorry for seeming like some sort of dictator, but issues like this must be brought under control before the thread is ruined, if  i didnt take some sort of action its only a matter of time before it ignites.

Speaking of anticipating this game, is anyone boycotting all copyright material this March?

I recently read that anonymous want everyone to do just that to hurt the profit margins of copyright holders. I would normally quite easily avoid buying any copyrighted content but I doubt I'm about to miss out on ME3 just to 'stick it to the man'.

My patience grows shorter the closer we get to release, no way I'd make it through March without buying this game.

It's going to be a very long weekend indeed. Though probably objectively not longer than any other. I'd advice doing something fun because time passes faster that way.

Without copyright it would not be worth the time and effort to spend anything in development. Because other people would just steal it, for free.

I'm going to complete my current play through of ME2 and try and create a new ME1 character and see if I can have he/she (not yet decided) ME3 ready for the 9th.

Edit: In response to Alex, I think they mean just avoiding coyright material for just this month, not avoid it forever. It seems to me that are pi$$ing against the wind

I wanted to do that all of this month. Funny now I am running out of time. I guess my 'older' playthough will have to do for import. I'm gonna miss out on Balak then.

Muezick, I'm pretty sure I've told you this before, but please stop swearing in the forums.

I have always wondered why there's no swearing in the forums...
The games do contain profanity and they are aimed at "Mature" crowds, not children so why is swearing on the forums a problem?
Curious, nothing more :P

Yeah but finding something fun to do is soooooooooo hard when the FUNNEST thing you can think of doing is playing mass effect 3, which comes out AFTER the longest weekend of all time.

True, I doubt I'll succeed either.

In response to your earlier comment I think their aim is to show that people have the power to vote with their pockets buy not buying copyrighted content for one month to detract from their profits for that month rather than avoiding copyrighted material outright forever.

Edit: For clarity this In response to Alex, more comments were posted than I anticipated

This should be really easy for me.

The only copyrighted thing i've bought in the last four or five years has been Mass Effect one, two and now Three.

Lol
