The best way of not biasing us would be to have secret forum reveal of the trailer, so all of our minds can be blown and our hearts may be filled with joy and excitement.

Hmmm, screenshot or it didn't happen.  Preferably multiple screenshots that can be sequenced and displayed quickly in rapid succession...

Mass Effect 3 was just mention on 30 Rock lol.
my bet is that the launch trailer will drop this Sunday during the Walking Dead like the live action and CG trailer.
