So the Paragon options for pretty much every conversation with Mordin when talking about the Genophage kind of basically follows the "Genophage was a bad idea" train of thought. This continues through his missions, and when you finally get the decision to either delete the data or keep it, the renegade choice is to keep the data? I understand that it was created using humans as test subjects, but I don't really get how just making those sacrifices pointless would solve anything.
Why is the Renegade option to keep the data?

I'm pretty sure encouraging Mordin to work on the cure or simply keeping the data gives you Paragon points.

It's Paragon to be concerned about neutering a species, but it's Renegade to keep an antidote to a virus that could start the Krogan rebellions all over again.
