There were no Salarian ships in the armada! It was literally just copy paste! The Salarian ships according to the Art of Mass Effect book are meant to look like aquatic ships and out of place in space. Saw none of that in the ending!
Wanted to see Salarian ships, Carriers, Dreadnoughts, and more Frigates... :(

The alliance also has a big fleet because they are retaking Earth. The other races contributed to the fleet, but had some of their ships still trying to defend/ take back their own homeworlds. Earth was the only thing the alliance fleet had to hold.

*necroing old whines ftw*
No... Garrrus and the Primarch pulls THE ENTIRE TURIAN FLEET away from Palaven to send to earth, since they can do no more for Palaven, they just lose ships, they don't halt the fighting planetside.
You people need to actually converse more with your crewnmates ingame...
So the entire turian warfleet IS reduced to just the 6:th and 7:th fleet and 79:th flotilla.
Asari, who knows they throw in whatthey can very late, same with salarians. they are stated as a fleet in the war assets so, if Bioware hadn't been so lazy they shoulda' slung those in there...
But this whole series has been plagued by lazy developers disease...
(No females of the races until me3, and then just some *salarians doesn't count that was lazy aswell, just use female voice on same model, bah so none in me2* 2 turian females in the entire galaxy? Really? No batarians? And what, 8 female krogan? How about Quarian ships? Turian dreadnoughts? Human proto-reaper? wtf? Then discarded as "hidden in superstructure" of readybuilt reapers... Right 'cause it'll even FIT inside it? No.... Can go on a loooooong time)
Let's just hope they put more efffort into the 4:th ME-game...
(and learned what NOT to do from Dragon Age series, DA2 was a travesty, has small hopes for DA:I)
