This has been posted a ton of times but have not found my answer. I recently bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition and I did not get a Blood Dragon Armor code for ME2. I did however get the download for Blood Dragon Armor in DAO. Does this mean I should get Blood Dragon armor is ME2? I have already contacted EA support and they saidThe customer messaging service we were using has been retired, and incidents opened in that system are no longer being monitored or responded to.

Assuming you are logged into these forums using the same email and password as you EA account you can check what has been unlocked.
If you mouse over profile which is the left side of this page. Then select 'Your registered game content' you will be able to see what has been unlocked in both dragon age and mass effect 2 and 3.
If you have unlocked the blood dragon armour for ME2 it will be listed there.

I'm having the same problem. It says I have the Blood Dragon Armor registered, but it hasn't appeared in my game yet.
