That pretty much says to me that no matter what you are shown you will not accept it as "proof".  You have already decided that any links to videos or screenshots are the results of "skill individuals doing a lot with a computer".  So there is little point in trying to "prove" anything to you.  You will find out yourself in a couple of days time.

It's going to be so amusing when the game releases and he finds out everybody else here is right on how the game ends. I think I'm going to save this thread for future purposes just to laugh. They're in an obvious stage of denial right now, there isn't much of a reason to bother trying like you said.

No I have seen the evidence but unlike you I haven't decided to blindly go "oh that was made up".  I have seen the bik files, I have seen the endings on youtube and I am not stupid enough to have convinced myself it has all been "faked".

People post the "end" sequences but they don't post the final scene and epilogue. That's the weirdest part of it.

Fair enough. No one took any screen captures of the footage? I'm not asking this sarcastically, I'm genuinely trying to figure out just how much information is out there right now:  did you see this footage yourself, or did you hear about it second hand?

Nah, they'll probably complain and say somebody managed to animate that in days. "Durrr haz no sound it faek!" and not realize that .bik files don't have audio or the fact that the rest of it is rendered in real time after that. Mass Effect 2 did the same thing. Maybe ME1 but I never even looked through its files.

I'm not in denial here. I'm just not seeing anything that has convinced me of the Normandy Stranded Forever theory. Once I see it--if I see it--then I will flip my pancakes. Not before though. :T

Well I have not because I cannot find it. Like I said in an earlier post there are two videos on youtube showing a bunch of ships, no sound nothing else but ships. Each about 20 seconds long. On top of all that even if all this is 100 percent true, I bet seeing it in context as a whole will be enjoyable and much better than the pieces you know as proof.

Like I said in my previous post, I see evidence of something really bad and heartbreaking, but I don't see the Normandy crashlanding on some uncharted world; I don't see Joker exiting the airlock; I don't see Shepard's squadmates exiting behind him/her, as is supposedly what happens.

We have no idea exactly how it will play out and how it will relate to the situation. I love how many people are screaming that bioware sucks they are horrible storytellers......... Thats why your so upset and gave them hundreds of hours of your life because mass effect was horrible and the story sucked......yeahh nice try that makes alot of sense.

I'm sorry did you actually watch the video ?  you know the bit at the end when the Normandy gets hit by the explosion and quite literally torn apart.  What do you think happens after that ?  Joker gets the puncture repair kit out and fixes the ship ?

Technically it's not "stranded forever" in concrete.  It's a bit vague, but you know they're not on earth because you can see two moons (or one moon and a planet) in the background.  It's definitely not Earth and they crash.  You can head canon that they're within FTL distance, but the epilogue seems to hint that the Normandy crew created a colony on the world and the man and child are descendents of the stranded Normandy crew.

Well, just to play devil's advocate... that video doesn't prove anything except that in at least one ending, the Normandy gets caught in an explosion.  It doesn't show the landing, the stranding, or anything else... please tell me how it "proves" anything.

And before you accuse me of being in denial, I completely believe the leaks. 

EDIT: And it certainly doesn't prove anything happens in EVERY ending.

I have no idea what happens afterwards. It looks like the ship explodes. What you're suggesting is speculation based off of something you may have seen, but I haven't yet. I'm not going to join in the hearsay party.

Guys and girls I am going to bed because I have to get up and go to work in the morning. Sorry if I offended anyone but it is so negative on this site right now I was just trying to bring up different points to calm some people down. When I read the spoilers I got just as mad as everyone else but then I started to think about it. I am sure that the game will be awesome and that the entire ending will be better than what we know now. Bioware makes great games and I have faith. If I am wrong I will admit it but I bet ME3 will turn out just fine. Goodnight everyone!

I understand. Assuming this thread hasn't been locked down, do post the links if you're able to find them.

I'm prepared to believe people who claim that they've seen this themselves, but what I'm seeing a lot of in the other forums is people who are very upset taking what they're reading at face value without finding evidence for themselves. I'd just like to know for myself without a doubt that there is something to be upset about, something that proves that this happens regardless of player choice, if it happens at all.
