It was pretty cool!  down here in Texas (USA), the ad for ME3 came on.  It was the real life looking one.  Nice!

I only really watch USA Network (when I watch TV, which is rarely), and I don't think they do video game commercials. I've only ever seen one - and that was while I was channel surfing at night and caught the end of a Saints Row 3 commercial.
