Does the glyph make you immune to the smash that is Storm of the Century if you dont move form the Glyphs effect radius ?  ala Eye of the Storm!

Will the glyph clear any magic debuffs/dots ticking away on your players ?

Also does the aoe dispel's clear persistent DoT's like storm/tempest/blizzard/inferno ?
