for me...all the griefing about my beloved asari adept and her stasis bubble has me worried that a nerf will be implimented that will make the asari adept nowhere near as fun and turns her near ineffective.
i also think the damage a soldier will deal with a weapon will be buffed.

Yup, they have said in another thread the only thing getting nerfed is statis. Im guessing they will get rid of/reduce the 150% damage point. Just a guess though.

CRAP!!!! WEAK!!!!!
they are nerfing something that may only be effective against organics...and not as good against synthetics. I hope the nerf isnt that bad....BUT I DO BLAME THE GRIEFERS!!!
im still going to play a asari adept though...just upsets me

The demo allowed us to gather a lot of feedback on all the kits and we will be making balance changes to many of them as the game comes out. We'll keep you posted on all the changes.

Of course it's always better to buff than to nerf, but you can't always do that. I can say that we only have a single nerf under consideration and the rest are buffs
Eric Fagnan wrote...
Well, I think it's pretty clear from the feedback on the forums and from our own internal playtests that Stasis is a little too powerful, so we're considering a slight nerf to it. It won't be a huge nerf because Stasis is not nearly as effective against the other factions.

Buff to Tech Armour (Reduction or Removal of the 80% Recharge Slowdown or perhaps removing Tech Armour from Global Cooldown making it similar to Fortification)
Nerf to Stasis (Reduction or removal of the 150% damage bonus when Stasises, or removal of Bubble...)
Buff to Soldiers... threee possiblities:
Adrenaline Rush (Perhaps an increase in Rate of Fire and Movement Speed since Time Dilation isn't possible in MP) OR Buff to Soldier's weapon damage OR Increase in Base Weight Points
Buff to Singularity (Perhaps increase duration/Have the Singularity Detonation go off even when used i.e. Wit an enemy inside, after it ends due to use and have it augment Warp Bombs)
Buff to Drell (han increase in durability OR Better Crowd Control... perhaps having it's barrier being higher then others or giving Pull a buff...)

I can't find anything to complain about to any of those suggestions. But it's still early, let me have some coffee and i'll get back to you.

I'm confused. In what context could anyone "grief" someone in a co-op game?

I can agree with everything but the Drell buff. Drell are designed to be played as hit and run. This is why they should have been infiltrators in the first place.TheMightyG00sh wrote...

hmmm, interesting wonder if they are going to bring it in line with the other powers (IE, not working through defense) you know so it can be fair.
there is no pvp in this game. the word nerf should not even be used in these fourms.
no reason to "nerf" anything
PvP or lack of is never an excuse to overlook badly balanced powers. Guess we can leave tech armor alone because thier is no PvP right?

Unless something is glaringly broken or OP like a gun that shoots rockets and one shots everything then yes that should be nerfed. Just because one class has a power that is a bit more useful than another isn't.darkblade wrote...

If pistols get nerfed I will be pissed off beyond comprehension. NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO USE A AR!
If pistols get nerfed it will be the best thing for ME3, they are way too good for everything.
-lightweight
-phenomenal DPS (hell there are pistols breaking 400 dmg a shot(base) in the full game)
-Out perform almost every other weapons in most situations.
If feel to carry just a pistol but they should be low damage, moderate range, moderate accuracy. They should be moderate to sub par as a stand alone weapon.
