Krogan: "They're dead."

best parts:
5:50, we all miss EVERY melee on a nemesis for a solid 10 seconds, she looked like she was running from the cops
18:20, phantom flying at mach 5 into and out of my screen like a looney tunes character
all of wave 10
33:56, simbacca's celebratory headbutts when it's announced that there's only one enemy left on wave 10
and of course, every headbutt circle

Also, I've noticed that everyone seems to implicitly understand the krogan headbutt circle without prior organization. Whenever I am on my krogan and see another, I go over and headbutt him and he starts doing it too.

This video might be the most glorious thing to come out of the demo. Or Mass Effect 3 in general.
100% agree, it absolutely hilarious . . shame about the poor quality . .
Woohoo . . just unlocked my krogan Soldier!! Only got 3 days left till the demo multiplayer goes down . . boooh!!
By the way which Krogan is better, Sentinel Krogan or Soldier Krogan???

Haven't played with Krogan Sentinel (since it isn't available without hacking) but looking over its move list it seems like they're more or less the same (Tech Armor = Fortification, Incinerate = Carnage if I'm not mistaken). The only difference would be whether you preferred Lift Grenade or Inferno Grenade.A4RiZ0812 wrote...

Its a tough one to decide for the full game.
Agreed regarding the powers, tech armor is permanent & fortification is stronger I believe but has a timer. I think Carnage is possibly better than incinerate. So soldier for me I think

Sentinel will end up with more Damage Resistance in exchange for less Melee capability.
Fortification gives you somewhere between 50% and 100% Bonus melee damage when you purge it, as well as 15-30% Damage Resitance. At level 6, you can either have 100% Bonus melee and 25% DR, or 70% Bonus Melee and 30% DR.
Tech Armor, meanwhile, can be upgraded for a constant 30% Melee damage bonus while active, but maxes out at 40% DR. Significantly less Melee damage, but you don't have to turn Tech Armor to trigger it and the extra 10% DR is amazing.
Carnage deals more damage than incinerate up-front, and has a default AOE, making Incinerate a slight step down, but by no means a bad ability (it will still eat through armor and panic unshielded enemies)
Inferno Grenade applies a decent DoT effect on the target, but lift grenade lifts everyone in the area up into the air, and can be upgraded to slam them back down again. Overall, Lift Grenade seems to be the better option as it Crowd-controls everything in the area and (I believe) sets up a biotic combo.
Both sides get Rage, which can give stupidly huge melee damage bonuses or an additonal 30% DR.
Overall? Sentinel seems like the ultimate tank. Fully spec'd for defense, you can enjoy a constant 40% DR with 1200 hp and 1600 shields (overall hp = 2000, overall shields = 2666.67), and While raging you jump up to a STAGGERING 70% DR, giving you an overall hp of 4000 and shields of 5333.33. Which basically means you can LAUGH AT EVERYTHING.

Headbutting is the krogan way of showing dominance. But since all the enemies were dead we just decided to headbutt ourselves.Relix28 wrote...

This run was soooooooooooooooo much fun. FOR TUCHANKAAAAA!!!!!!!
I'd also like to add, though this isn't a rule of the challenge, that we did this with no mics. No planning, no communication, just pure Krogan instinct
Don't forget the headbanging sessions. Those were vital to our success. Without them, we wouldn't have made it past wave 2. Only half kidding though, since they did make me laugh just about every time, thus making me feel better and play more relaxed as a result.
Ah, good times. Good times. We should do it again when the full game comes out but with Graal Spike Throwers. XD
Yes we should. We should pick the hardest enemy type on the most difficult map, and roll again like a bunch of headbanging bosses. XD

i'm sold, Sentinel it is for the full game!
Not sure what the power was called in ME2, probably slam! But only targeted one person.
Is slam for single player only in ME3 & is this the closest were going to get to that kind of abillity?

Slam is one of the possible level 6
upgrades for lift grenade. When the grenade ends, (4 second duration),
it slams them into the floor, stunning them for a short duration.
I have no idea if Slam itself is still in the game.
