I think I've encountered a bug, where Shepard looks different in the squad screen, (in the large headshot on the left,) and in the game.

On the left is a screenshot of how she appears in the squad screen, and on the right is in game. Here's an old screenie of what she should look like, matching how she appears in game.

Annoyingly, I have since lost that save, so I can't go back to it.

How can I fix this, so that she looks the same everywhere? It's annoying for me that  I've gotten enough renegade points to have the awesome red eyes, and then for them to not show up on the squad screen. -.-
