Haha... I happened to run across it today too and we both posted in that thread. I was tripping out. I also saw the Deus Ex endings that people showed in comparison! Total swagger jack...

Look at how the original parts of the game turned out, though.

ME2 sucked balls in my opinion. Lacked interesting characters aside from Joker, EDI and Thane.

And I don't even want to think about the ME3 ending...

I remember this topic coming up in the lead up to Mass Effect 2's release. I thought it was interesting. It didn't spark any particular fury though.

I played some of Anachronox and I can tell you that the story had a much lighter, almost Douglas Adams-esque feel to it. I bet Bioware probably did take some plotpoints from Anachronox, but really the games are massively different.

Of course they are different games, they are not clones. But the list proves that fundamentals are the same.

So what? Many Games, Movies and other stuff are ripped of from other (older) stuff, hence it brings much more attention to this game (which I never ever heard about it).
