In an interview Casey Hudson said that there weren't voice commands for the PC and PS3 versions of the game because the voice processing work was entirely done by the Kinect hardware and software, so, now that Kinect is being sold by Microsoft to the PC audience (mine arrives in April), will there be a patch adding voice commands to the PC version of Mass Effect 3 in the future?
Will there be a patch to add voice commands to the PC version?

Doubt it. Only Xbox360 has voice commands in it as they use the inbuilt voice recognition in Kinect. It would cost them alot of money to develope a standalone voice recognition software and integrate it with a pre-existing game.
Though, Windows Vista & Windows 7 does have a voice recognition software integrated already. You can use this to create macros to simulate keypresses. Even though it sounds, I personally find it a wasted effort. Assuming you move with WASD, it's probably alot faster for any moderately experianced PC gamer to simply press Q or E to order team mates around... unless your missing a majority of fingers on onehand, I suppose then it would be easier.

But as of March of 2012 Kinect is also available for PC, I already pre-ordered mine.
