 I was able to difuse the situation with her and Miranda, so that was fine. But i didn't realize I was leading her on in her romance, I'm up to the point where She talked to me about an old boyfriend who sacrificed himself for her. I then could continue the romance or end it. I wanted to stay faithful to Liara so I rejected her, but Shepard said something like.. "I can't fix you, you can't be normal" something like that (It was a bit harsh but It was the only way to reject her). Now everytime I try to talk to her she justs screams "F*CK OFF!".

So does this mean I lost her loyalty? Or is she still loyal and just mad about me rejecting her?

She's still loyal don't worry (you can always double check on the character selection screen as well).

She is indeed loyal. Her private parts are closed to you though.
