Without losing SOMEONE when you go through the Omega 4 Relay?  I want to bring Legion to Tali's loyalty mission.

Yes, if you do all other loyalty missions before.

Is this 100% or is it a random variable?  I ask because I'm pretty sure I've tried this before only to lose half my crew when I hit the Relay.

You get everybodies loyalty except for Tali's. Get the Reaper IFF and wake Legion. He wont tell you about the Heretic station right then. You can go do Tali's loyalty mission now. You finish it, get back to the Normandy, Legion speaks about the heretic station, you go there immedietly. I think in theory if you dont stop anywhere to scan planets, nor do sidequests or land on a busy ports (Omega, Illium, Tuchanka, Citadel), you should be able to get both done before the kidnapping.

However, not having everybody loyal doesnt mean that they will always die. If the above explained plan doesnt work, just postbone Legion's loyalty after the suicide run. In the SM, dont assign Legion to the ventillation shaft, dont make him team leader or leading the crew back, and dont bring him to the final confrontation. Leave him to hold the door along with Grunt and Zaeed, as those two will gets the best survivability for the team. If everybody else is living and loyal too, even the unloyal Legion will survive.

YES! You can save everyone doing what I said! As long as you don't do any mission after the crew is abducted (mentioned on the big sticky topic above, BTW), you'll be fine, and both LMs can be done before that.

LAKDAV nailed it. Ever since the first time I beat ME2 i now always bring Legion to the flotilla and have saved everyone multiple times

Don't look (I mean look in the direction of) at the galaxy map before talking to Legion about his Heretic loyalty mission. That can sometimes trigger the kidnapping before you get a chance to speak to him.

Of course you can. You can do up to two missions before the crew is abducted, so long as you don't do Legion's first (that will immediately trigger the abduction). Other loyalty missions don't matter at all.

Here's how you do it: activate Legion. Immediately go talk to him. Once you're done with the first conversation, talk to him again immediately and he'll give you the loyalty mission. Then go do Tali's loyalty mission. The abduction should NOT trigger yet, so go and do Legion's loyalty mission as well. Now the abduction WILL trigger, and from there proceed directly to the Omega-4 Relay and rescue your crew!

After the crew is abducted, however, you cannot do ANY missions or people will die.
