Are you going to buy any other ME merchandise after these endings.
The Homeworld comics series or the patched Deception books.
Or the rumored Mass Effect MMO.
After this ending is anyone wanting to buy the Homeworld comics and other ME stuff

Of course. I may dislike the endings but I still love the series.
MMO though, hell no. I love WoW, but unless someone comes up with something new more is just not needed.

Definitely NOT.
It just makes no sense. When everything, even the LI, is going to hell, so why invest any more time into it?

Absolutely not.

Depends if they patch or DLC the endings. If they do... I might... maybe...

Not really, I don't like to encourage bad behaviour. I'll play my bros copy just so I can shake my head, think of what could have been, and wipe my hands clean of Bioware.

Yes.
Personally, of what I saw, I don't hate the endings. I don't love them either, mind you. But to me, it isn't the end of the world and I still love the universe.

Kinda hard to love the universe when it's still broken after 100,000 with no familiar faces and with some races having the option of extinction it kills the atmosphere too. What made the ME Universe great before these endings just wont be there in a 100,000 years later sequel or MMO.

I'd consider buying future ME games, but I'm not going to buy the book or any other merchandise. I'm not even going to bother buying DLC for the game, becuase what's the point of adding for example a Kasumi, if it's only going to result in the new character getting stranded on the inbred colony or dying?

If they charge x amount a month for an mmo, I'm not buying it.
I love mass effect but I hate low quality money hungry mmos like wow or swtor.
I would buy any further novels though, I enjoy reading them.

I predict these endings will do the same thing to my love for Mass Effect that the LOST and BSG endings did for my love for those two series. Basically, those finales (and the half a season or so leading up to them) totally killed any interest I had in revisiting those series. And the funny thing is, I didn't even hate them, really. They just resolved things in such a way that any time I tried to re-watch an episode, I thought, well, what I'm watching doesn't amount to **** at the end, so why bother.
So yeah I think that, barring a alternate ending DLC pack, I'm pretty much done with Mass Effect.

Probably not. I might buy future ME games, depending on when they take place and all, but I won't be pre-ordering. If they end up making a game that takes place way before the trilogy, then I seriously doubt I would buy it.

Nope. im not buying anything but the game(normal edition). Maybe DLC in the future but only if its worth it.
Besides Bioware & Microsoft are being greedy by excluding the PS3 from most promotions. So forget them after this.

If the endings are true then no.

No because they wasted my time and $120.

Posté 02 mars 2012 - 07:27
No because they cheated and ripped off loyal fans that made the ME franchise be what it is today. Had it not been for the fans of the past 2games, they wouldn't even be making any money from the game.

Yes, cause the whiners above me don't know how to appreciate a tragedy story, or a story in which sacrifice is necessary to win.
