Wow! So many good lines. I always play Paragon, so the Renegade lines are mostly new to me.
How can you pick just one?

2. Captain Enyala (to Miranda in her loyalty mission) - "I was just waiting for you to finish getting dressed. Or does Cerberus really let you **** around in that outfit?"

4. In ME2, Female engineer to Engineer Ken (whole conversation really): "You're such a dick." Ken: "See where your mind went....I have to be careful with so many women...."

Ever took Jack to Miris LM? If you do, after that line, Jack actually says that she like the captain and asks if Shep wants to recruit her.

Hell, there've been buckets of quotes, buckets and buckets of them in the ME games... but that haunting Liara line, and it's delivery/context, is absolute perfection for me. Simplicity, and it will be it on 3-6-12...
