Until recently I would have said Garrus's quote about fighting in antique shops (but only if their classy) but Liara's line "This is it, isn't it." from the launch trailer is definitely now my favorite. She just puts so much emotion into it.

That was awesome. The slightly less awesome option is the Charm one where you point out the things you've done up to that point and bluff about not caring about hostages.

This is one situation though where I actually don't want to use the Charm/Intimidate option. Because that renegade choice is that bad@ss.

Got to say, I actually like the Charm option better where Shep goes: "This is it?"
and Vasir doesn't get it at first. Way cooler than simple shooting IMO.
