what lang setting u choose in u'r origin client
settings>general>select lang>(change to eng if u want)
then re-start the client and re-download the game. hope this will help u

It only changes how Origin interface is displayed. Origin Store is still restricted to your local version, as are game purchase options.

if it still dowsn't change it try this
got to C:\\ProgramData\\Origin
open origin_app.ini and open with notepad
change local value to which lang u want like en_US, en_IN, en_GB etc.

Nope. My client is set to en_GB, and it is still restricted to Russian ME3.
Although I noticed that "RU Only" is gone now, and it says simply "Mass Effect 3", even though license agreement and settings menu are still in Russian.

I'm assuming there will be no "legal" way to change language, since replacing game files is considered... well, not exactly legal. But hey, we all here are serious and responsible people and wouldn't do anything like that right? Btw, could someone share BIOGame_INT.tlk?

I wonder who decides what region does which country belong to? Because Russian isn't even an official language in Ukraine! (it should be, of course, but it's not the question here)

I think it's only the title that changed, since the available settings menu and license agreement are both still in Russian (at least that's how it is for me).

Man, just dwnld .dll and wait for release day. If dll will not be enough then edit win's registry and you will be fine. If not then just dwnld special files from special_place with ENG content in next 1-2 days.

I think he answered you about the language of the store and not the game.

it's not so much that he was lying as that there probably isn't an actual built in setting within the game to change it, you'll have to change some files around on your computer and they consider that modding, which they are against.

Just as we thought, there is no language choice in game at all. Text - only in Russian, VO - English. So, what should I do to change text language? I downloaded GDFBinary_en_US.dll file and BIOGame_INT.tlk and put it in necessary folders. Then, just as Zeuserich said, I changed lines in registry. But I still have text in Russian.

Language limitations are so lame. I mean, is it really that hard to include freaking english subtitles in a digital download? (At least we are lucky that we have the original VO, DA came with only Russian VO and it sucked so hard that I wanted to cry.)

In my Origin client "Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Edition" is displayed. There's no "RU only" mark.

If it's really impossible to change languages, I'm going to need a refund. No way I'm playing with s***ty Russian subtitles.

Well, I played ME1&2 with them and they are bearable. However after playing lots of games with English VO and subtitles I gotta admit that it's way more enjoyable to play that way. Again, Steam doesn't restrict you from getting the english version (COD series being the exception), so why origin can't do the same is beyond my understanding.

The answer you seek is "no". You can't chose neither text language, nor VO language. While I'm perfectly fine with English voices, Russian subtitles freaks me out. At that moment I'm trying to find a solution to this ridiculous limitation.

Do you have a standard edition or DDE? Like I said I never had "RU only" mark. I still hope DDE is multilingual.

I have a DDE and it was originally titled RU Only if I'm not mistaken, however now they have taken that part down. Before I purchased it though, there was a tab about choosing in which language would you like to have your game... and Russian was the only choice

I'm very disappointed. Unless some solution is found until tomorrow, I'm going to take a refund and order in EU store via proxy.  Really stupid move, EA.

Try to rename INT files to RU and keep it that way. It will continue think that it will be using RUS files but inside will be ENG content.
