I'm sure it's Origin download manager's problem, because it happens with other games' DLC too, for example, I still can't download DLC for Kingodms of Amalur. Googling this problem reveals that EA customer service is unable resolve it so far.
This really requires more attention, guys, because we won't be able to download those files even on release day.
