I downloaded ME3 but when I try to download From Ashes and N7 Collector's Edition Materials I receive the following error: 

File Not Found.
There is an error with the download service.Please try again later.
Error: 7049:404

Has anyone else encountered this?

I actually can't even get the download to start, even though the button says *ready to download*
So, I'm not sure what's going on with these two things(from ashes and collector's edition materials).

Just wanted to mention that the main game downloaded without a problem.

I'm pre-loading the game, haven't gotten to the DLC and N7 items yet.

I logged-on to register ME3 here, but they haven't put it up yet.

I have the same problem.
I downloaded ME3 DDE. But I can't download DLC and Collector Materials because of 7049:404 error.

Same trouble. Seems like they forgot to put files on the server

I'm having the same problem. It's also happened when I tried downloading Kingdoms of Amalur DLC - I think it's a download manager problem.

Same here, but it's error 7049:403 and only From Ashes that isn't working. N7 CE Materials worked just fine.

Well, Origin Support just told me that after the ME3 release I will be able to download them.

Honestly I don't know what to make of this but as long as I get them eventually...

It's deffo on their servers all of mine has DL'd and installed without a hitch.

Weird reply from support. My origin is showing that 2 DLC are already released, how would they explain that ?

I'm calling it a night, I'll check tomorrow morning, maybe it got straightened out.

This is interesting...I didn't have to manually install "From Ashes" nor the N7 Collector's Edition Materials.

Origin did it for me, automatically, right after the game finished installation.

Origin now shows all three as installed.

Yeah there's still time until the 6th ( well 9th for me :/). The Artbook better be available on the 5th though!

I'm sure it's Origin download manager's problem, because it happens with other games' DLC too, for example, I still can't download DLC for Kingodms of Amalur. Googling this problem reveals that EA customer service is unable resolve it so far.
This really requires more attention, guys, because we won't be able to download those files even on release day.

Wait...what? Oh wow, I paid those money for nothing.

Actually, I can't find From Ashes in the Origin store, maybe it just hasn't been uploaded there yet?

Try going to the website and clicking on the DLC if it's there. Then you will need to login twice and it will launch a window where by you might be able to do the DLC.

This is how I d/l the demo instead of the origin way since it didn't allow me.

Nope, there's nothing in the website.

It's not there. You can't downlaod DLC from anywhere except Origin download manager.
If this problem is not resolved I can only hope they will upload those files somwhere for manual download. Otherwise we're screwed.
