Same problem here. Thing is this will effect every PC player, so they have to fix it or find a work-around. Simple way is to just make an alternative download for it to manually install on release day, much like they did with ME2.

Downloaded both myself just fine. After ME3 downloaded and installed they downloaded.

Ok what I did may seem wrong here, but I went and downloaded From Ashes DLC rar file which is floating on torrent sites and unpacked it into game directory - now Origin shows that both From Ashes and Collector's Edition materials are installed. Can't say wether this will work when the game is released.

Oh, I just retried the download and it's working now from Origin.

Same problem here. Does anybody knows if it's ever going to work? I really don't care if I get the DLC on realease date or right now, as long as I DO get it. I paid almost $30 for that content... I will be really angry if I find out it was just a waste..

It was working for me, I downloaded and installed it from Origin, so it's there..

Try it a few times.

Just the DLC.
I downloaded the game first and then the collectors edition bonuses, and From Ashes refused to download. I just kept deleting it and retrying, and eventually it started downloading. Took maybe 5 times of hammering it to get it to download.

I hope this gets fixed; I tried a few retries to download, and now the option has completely disappeared. :[ The items downloaded properly just not the Ashes DLC.

Same problem here, just hit cancel on the action section and try again.

I just got mine to download.

I pressed 'CANCEL DOWNLOAD' on the Game Details screen, and then just re-downloaded.

Did you click OK in all the windows that open when you click to preload? because same happened to me, I was wondering why the download wasn't starting and there was a terms & conditions box behind one window.

having another problem, when i tried to purchase the DLC using paypal, it crashed right after i pressed the "pay now" function.

Maybe you guys have forgotten that the actual game launches SIXTH OF MARCH! Kinda logical that you can't download the DLC yet since it's still 4 days away...

No, that's not the case. Many people (a friend of mine included), have already downloaded both the "From Ashes" dlc and the "CE Materials".

Right now my best guess is that the content isn't uploaded to foreign servers, hence people outside the US region get the "file not found" error. That would make sense, and I hope the files are available soon.

Yes it is. Same for the soundtrack and digital artbook.

This. I live in the US, and Origin has installed ME3, From Ashes, and the N7 Materials on my PC.

Now the weirdest thing is, I got an email from EA stating the game would unlock on the 5th, which seems a day early to me.

Yes, I am unable to download either the DLC or the N7 CE material. While this is annoying, I'm not anywhere near panic mode. It's still a few days till release and at least a BW employee already saw this thread.

For curiositiy's sake, are all the people unable to download this outside the US?
